Everything was nice enough for me to surprise my sons girlfriend for her 35th birthday

The host that helped me was amazing. I will be back again. She went above and beyond to make sure what I was doing went well. She accommodated me with things I needed in a timely manner and even took photos for me. She was the best. Very friendly and extremely helpful and kindhearted. God bless her.

Not satisfied with Booking.com

The property was nice and has full size fridge for our needs !

We booked a room with two beds.. We were only accommodated with one bed..We were told they had nothing else available and was because we went through Booking.com. I specifically put two beds when I booked it!

2nd time around-Staybridge Suites

Very hot shower.

Check-in was horrible. My card was over charged by 833.00...continous debits to my card. Room had roaches and unpleasant smell, did not want an accessible room.

It could have been great except we were not able to sleep well because it’s too hot in both room 320 and 319

Location and it’s very clean

The air condition in the room was not working. It stays at 71F.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was available by text message which was awesome. I would stay again.

It was good till they charged me 200 Dollars

not nearly as good as the last time. I will not be booking this any longer.

I like the location. It feels safe and walkable, especially with my dog.

I was given the incorrect room type, we had ants in the first room. The room was wet? The clothes we put out at night were all damp and it was uncomfortable to sleep with it being so humid. The pool always had children splashing and was not a relaxing environment. We were not given extra blankets in our room even though we had 3 adults and when we asked for them were were told there were over 200 guests. Our sofa bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows so being treated like we were asking for something that wasn't bare minimum was frustrating.

Decent hotel, great housekeeping. Horrible front desk.

The room was nice, it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that they offer Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash...usually it's lemon or herb/plant scented options that leave your hair and body dry but this was great. The housekeeping lady was so sweet wish I would have gotten her name to thank her.

We were met with the rudest front desk person I've ever encountered. I simply asked if we had not been given a 2 queen bed room because that is what we booked and he was handing us linens for a sofa bed, immediately he gave me attitude when he could have simply said no there was an error which I would have understood things happen, I have proof we booked a 2 queen bed room but instead received a king room with sofa bed which we made work...like I said a simple explanation would have been enough. If that wasn't enough when we returned from dinner there was no parking whatsoever and my husband was rudely told to park in the street by the same front desk man, also street had no parking available which caused for a stressful situation. If we wouldn't have had to deal with this bitter employees attitude everything would have been fine but honestly that made me never want to go back.

I didn’t get to stay cause they didn’t change my date of stay as I requested a date change the same day I booked it and they still took my money. but I got in contact with the site booking.com and they said they was going to honor my change of date but I never received the confirmation email.

The Area

Most of the front-desk staff, especially the Asian lady, also it is very hard to get Housekeepers to make the rooms as you have to book them in advance, we stayed almost a month, and we were able only to get our room cleaned for three times.

Only downside was the bathroom door (sliding one) was very loud when opening and closing it.
