The location was perfect and the property was well kept.

Our suite was very nice and clean! It was even better than pictures. Entire resort was clean, well maintained and very quiet!
We had to use the laundry facilities while there. The room is not air-conditioned. We didn't want to leave clothes unattended so had to stand outside for entire wash/dry with nowhere to sit. It would be nice to have some seating outside of laundry!

Perfekt med eget hushåll om man vill. Pool som va varm och havet precis intill. Bra med resturang som låg bredvid hotellet.
Tillgång till kaffe och ev frukost.

Felt very warm and welcoming! The time on here and the time they have are different!
The signage isn’t very visible. I only saw because of Marina.

There was no breakfast so that is NA. It was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked.
The view from our room was the back of a restaurant. Shower heads need replacing or fixing.

Even though there was some construction, it never affected our stay. It was absolutely comfortable, clean, people were nice and courteous. The room was clean, and big enough to house teenagers comfortably! As parents it's difficult to find a place that gives them a bit of privacy.

We loved everything. Fully equipped unit, right on the water, beautiful pool.
The only thing was the pool water was warmer than outdoors. This is probably a plus for some guests.

Everything was perfect!

The views from the room were amazing. Beds very comfortable. Clean and great water pressure. Pool was very nice and perfect temperature.
No place to get a cocktail or coffee on the resort. Beach is very limited.

The location on the bay was beautiful. During our stay there were a few families, both mostly couples and also owners of the time share. Pool and beach were clean. Lovely views and beautiful sunsets.
We were told there would be a bar and restaurant on site, as there was to be a soft reopening in mid-late December as had been closed. But there were neither when we got there. There was a restaurant bar at the marina near by but not as described in original description and conversation with staff. As noted by many the pool water was very chilly at 73 degrees. The pool guy mentioned the heater was not large enough for the size of he pool
We were disappointed in several maintenance items. The first room we could not control the air conditioner, there were only 2 hangers in the small closet, the pots were very badly scratched & unusable, the night stand drawers would not remain closed. All of these items were addressed and response was good. However we needed to be present for all repairs, which delayed our plans. We requested & were moved to a room with a much nicer view for our extended time there and we had various maintenance issues there also. Vent in bathroom did not work, and 3 day cold spell required heat. Dirt, dust and material blew into room and onto love seat. These items also were handled but took time away from our relaxation and could and should have been checked and corrected before our arrival. We would appreciate a monetary consideration as a refund for these many issues and time spent addressing and waiting for them to be corrected.

Beautiful rooms and property. Quiet. Spacious. easy to find but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.
the ONLY thing I didn’t love was that there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

I enjoy a nice walk in the evening but not really anywhere within walking distance

The beach and pool area was nice.
I booked this room through booking.com 5 months in advance. At check in the rude manager charged my credit card for the full amount of the reservation even though I paid a deposit at the time of booking. I had to provide her a receipt showing that we indeed paid a deposit months ago. I was given Room 122 which was a room with a bad location and no ocean view. It was right across from the garbage dumpster and next to the housekeeping supply room. I believe I was given this inferior room because I used booking.com instead of booking directly with the property. The sliding glass door lock was broken and when the shower was used it soaked the bathroom floor. There were loud pounding noises on our walls in the middle of the night which kept us awake. Our room backed up to the unoccupied housekeeping supply room so there was no reason that this pounding was taking place all night long. It was weird and kind of scary. We both thought that this motel was haunted.

Beautiful pool and poolside area. Very spacious room with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Well equipped. Clean.
The person who checked us in didn’t tell us where to find the elevator until we asked.

The room was clean and very comfortable
Could use more sand add to the beach area seems like there were making many improvements so can't wait to see what they have coming in the future.
