Poor

room was clean and ready

There was no electricity for the entire duration of the stay and made life very difficult.

Very clean on surface, but dog hairs found all over plaid + couch.

I like the overhaul comfort (bathroom + bed) and attention to hygiene on majority of surfaces.

Because I was cold, I decided to take the plaid available in the closet. Turns out it was completely covered with dog black & long hairs (I assume???). Passed the night having a slight allergic reaction to what I inadvertently spread all over the place... It was not z big deal but I noticed, the couch also had animal hairs on it before I used the plaid. Didn't think about taking a pic. I mean, idk how big is a deal for you, for me it's only thinking about washing these items.

good price taking into account proximity to Vail

good location for Vail and surrounding areas.

No AC for hot days. Stairs carpet looked very dirty.

I would not stay here again

I liked the upgraded bathroom and walk in shower. Bedding was also good

Some of the windows and shades were broken. This was important because we had to have windows open due to no air conditioning. The street noise was also very loud. Very difficult to sleep

Ok place. Way more affordable than Vail, even at $300.00 a night.

Close proixmity to Vail. Quiet place

Parking. You are not supposed to park anywhere close to the place, even though there were parking spaces all around that were never used the whole time I was there.

Had to upgrade room. Room number 4 has a pullout futon which is inadequate. The room is also in the basement. It has no windows

Too expensive. Not a great location.

There was no set parking. While when we requested extra blankets, someone showed up immediately. There was a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. There was a lot of noise all night long

Overall, we loved the two rooms we rented and would go back!

property was clean, cute, spacious, and comfortable. Stocked with items you need to heat up food, including coffee pods and cups. Close to breakfast place, Mexican restaurant and Dinner.

only thing we didn’t care for was lack of designated parking.

Cute town and comfortable room

Minturn is a cute little town. Very close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Room was spacious. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Keurig were nice. Shower was large.

Despite their signs parking was a bit confusing. But plenty of street parking. Some road noise on first level (street right outside the window).

cute -and the town was very nice

there was no one there. the tv screen was broken - there were like lines running through part of the image. I had trouble with the sink in the bathroom draining properly.

Close to the ski resorts, reasonable price for the area/location, clean and modern rooms

I'll be back here. I sure liked this place. The Mexican restaurant down the street is killer

What a nice place to stay. Nice room, very Euro, wonderful staff, small deck to stand on. Best Mexican food just down the street, easy walk. Had breakfast across the street. Small town place, wonderful atmosphere, great hosts. Nothing but good.

I could have stayed longer. This is a great place

It’s More of an Airbnb than a Hotel…

Good location

No housekeeping, so if you need extra towels, too bad, there’s no front desk to complain to. The heat didn’t work even after being reassured by text message it would take 6-to-8 hours to heat up. Parking is horrible, you have to do some walking if the spaces are full.

It's easy to find. No parking lot. But the staff was very nice to send notes about where to park.

there was no property owned parking. City regulations applied to surrounding parking. Unit 4 was a basement unit.

Adequate for our needs

It was clean and modern. Close to restaurants

The location was fine, although being close to Main Street, the motorcycles and some cars were loud. The parking was confusing, but worked ou well.
