The location was great. Breakfast choices were good. The only issue was the Latte machine was broken and never fixed during our stay.
No latte machine in the hotel.

Should have had July 4th decorations

it’s a beautiful property, spacious rooms and a great location. The staff at front desk, valet and pool bar were all great. all the guests seemed happy to be there.
The staff at the restaurant was hit or miss. we had great encounters and we had poor encounters. but that’s the restaurant industry in general, especially after “cOvId”.

Bkft good but only 7-11 then no dining until dinner. We had a car but if didn’t that would have been a problem. Coffee should be available at 6A. Room coffee not the same.
There should be no extra charges for an umbrella or cabana, esp during red tide season.
People “reserved” lounge chairs by the pool with towels so nowhere to sit by 8A. Should also be able to cancel reservation, at minimum get a credit, due to red tide since absolutely nothing to do indoors and husband has allergies - so couldn’t even sit on room balcony.

The restaurant needs some work. Training and execution were not up to par for this level of property.

great location, nice rooms. nice pool and hot tub.
the restaurant food was really bad. not fresh, stale pasta, overcooked and burnt chicken. overpriced for what you got. hot/cold were labeled backwards on the shower which created a bit of confusion. also there was red tide so you couldn’t go to the beach and the hotel did nothing to warn us or mention this. not even at check in!

Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Tasty food.
Quite a bit of existing water damage to our ceiling room that was never fixed. Entryway door to unit was beat up. Dining room felt cold and stale, along with the bar. The preexisting structure could have been renovated much nicer to match the rest of the property.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and organized. The beach was clean and the chairs were comfortable. Bar and waitstaff were excellent. Unfortunately, understaffed but not their fault.
The attitude of one of the beach supervisors was rude. You have to pay $12 for the umbrella that is part of the resort. You pay a resort fee so why aren't they included?
