The location was ok for the LSU A&M game.
The rooms are in substandard condition. The shower door was on a slide and would not close. The ceiling had parts hanging where a water leak happened. We called the front desk for another room but none we’re available. They said they would fix the shower door within 30 minutes but maintenance did not show. When we found another hotel after the first night, they refused to refund the 2nd night. They said we had a 2 night minimum, which they did not.

I was double charged for the room and bank doesn’t give me refund.

We were in town for a softball tournament and stayed two nights. The location as ideal and there are a lot of food options nearby. Breakfast had a lot of choices and the woman manning the breakfast area was a gem!
I used to think of this hotel as a best kept secret and we have stayed here 3-4 times. Things are deteriorating. There was a horrible high pitched squeal coming from somewhere in the hotel that we could hear through the bathroom vent. It was awful and constant for the first night. We were able to sleep because we shut the bathroom door and the AC was running. It was still present on Day 2 but it was not constant and we were gone most of the day. The toilet paper holder was also broken with the roll stored on the sink which was no-tell motelish. And the ice machines—if you aren’t going to have functioning ice machines on every floor, at least have the courtesy to put up a sign telling me where I might find a functioning ice machine.

The staff was more than accommodating when we had a problem with the first room we were assigned
The AC in the first room did not work so we were moved to the second room which the AC unit was not much better.

It took 3 tries for the front desk to find a CLEAN room - the maids had not cleaned the first two rooms.
There was dirt in the hallways and hair in the drain of the shower. The pillows were very small and lumpy.

location
we just got there and 1 minute later front office called that someone complained that we were doing too much noise but it wasn’t us we got there at 2 am straight to sleep

Breakfast was fair. Location was good. At a glance it all seemed adequate
The bathroom was filthy. The shower was not clean at all. The bathroom and front door was in need of repair. When I checked out I told the person at the desk and he said they could have changed my room. I was price gouging was done for my reservation because there was a college game. I was disappointed and disgusted by that bathroom. See pictures.

The shower door didn't stay close and there was ants in the room. I was there from Friday until Monday. I did get my room cleaned on Sunday

The breakfast lady was amazing, friendly and attentive!
Wasn't the cleanest place, stains on the comforter, stains on the pillow case, stains on the towels, dirty shower floor, dirty light switch covers.

The beds and pillows weee comfortable.
It was ants on the sink, shower curtains, and in the shower. Staff at the front desk on Tuesday morning around 1 A.M. were rude.

The food was great. The coffee was good. The staff was friendly. The kitchen/breakfast worker wS very friendly and greeted everyone and told everyone goodbye when they left breakfast. She was amazing.
The first room we were give had the smell of stagnant water sitting inside the air conditioner. The second room we were given smelled clean, but the air conditioner made an awful squealing sound all nice. I tossed and turned and my wife stayed in the lobby until about 2 am before she was able to toss and turn for 3 hours.

We were in town for A&M NSC. This hotel is about 15 mins away from campus. I really liked the breakfast options! A lot better than I was expecting. Cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, egg, sousage links as well as juice, milk, and coffee. Fruit and yogurt too! A+!
For the rates, it's fair. The room was a bit hot. The bathroom was not in the best conditions. The toilet was loose and the shower didn't have a place to put the soap or shampoo; it had broken off.

The room wasnt too cold the temperature was just right. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to be fairly new.
If I had to nitpick, the only complaint was there were limited protein options on the free brsakfast, but a ton of carbohydrates.
I did enjoy the Texas shaped waffle iron.

Pool was green and not open despite sign saying it opened in May, very little AC in the fitness center.
