We did not receive value for price. They stated that because we used Booking.com we could not use o

breakfast was fine. Location was excellent.--we wanted to be in Tawas.

Room too small, bathroom too small no place for luggage. no room service .in 4 days.bedspreads unclean. b

Not worth the money at all!!

Not a lot. We were able to go to the motel next door and get coffee and breakfast.

For the price they charge for these rooms, you would expect way better! We had 3 rooms for our party and there were issues with all of them. Our granddaughters woke up covered in bites! There was a trail of ants in one room and I killed a large spider in ours and the bathroom was not clean. We had a wet washcloth hanging on our shower rod and hair on the floor. We paid over $600 for these rooms! We sent the motel picture of everyones legs and arms covered in bites and I have gotten no response from management. This is more of a $79 motel, NOT a $200 motel.

Bad

The room was tiny and dirty. The floor was full of ants and the blankets had hair on them. My sister stayed in another room and her kids woke up with bug bites all over their bodies. Spent 200 dollars on a room that wasn’t even worth 100, however it was the only place available. Will never stay here again!

Disappointing

The staff next door was really friendly and the location was good. The place next door is nicer and there's a pool and breakfast you can get access to.

You have to go next door to check in which is wonky There was no hair dryer or soap and we brought neither, as you pay over $194 for a motel room, you would expect there to be these 2 items at minimum. No coffee maker in the room either. I feel that the price point is too high given the age and size of the room and lack of amenities.

The staff was friendly, our hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pool.

It was nice to be able to use the pool and hot tub of the hotel next door. The breakfast was good too.

The double bed was uncomfortable. The price went up significantly since our last stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. Very good value for the price.

Although Crow's Nest is an older motel with small rooms, the rooms were very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. A big bonus was access to the sister hotel a short walk across the parking lot, with access to the pool and complimentary breakfast.

All was fine.

Easy to get to. Nice beds. Very friendly at the front desk.

A lot of dust and cobwebs in the room. We realize everyone is doing the best they can with short staffed.
