It’s closeness to the beach and it was right on the boardwalk. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful!
Nothing really as it appears there are upgrades currently being installed.

Location and amenities
Due to disrespectful people that littered the pool, they had to close the pool before we checked in. My kids weren’t happy about that but it wasn’t the hotels fault. Look forward to staying again.

Clean motel, close to water, quiet
and community people friendly.
The history that took place there.
A few more places on or near boardwalk area.
Dunkin, subway..?
We were there during week days and many places and historic sites were closed on Mon, some on Tues and a few Wed. Not knowing the area we didn't know until we went to eat or tour places.

Overall it was fine. I loved how it was a family environment and right in front of the beach but there is a couple things that needs to be looked at like the pool area had no umbrellas and water filter wasn’t working from the pool. No rental chairs for the beach like before. So for the price there should be a lot more options and well taking care for the travelers.
The beach and how close the hotels are.

I didn’t get my rollaway bed my first night

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was light and satisfying. The tables around the property were convenient for gathering outside. I also appreciate the indoor access to rooms on the second floor.
The front desk staff was respectful toward me, but I observed a very condescending conversation between an employee and guest (followed by the employee’s comment, “Stupid people”). The main office area was not open over night. Access to drinking water was not available on the property at any time. The continental breakfast didn’t offer drinking water, while the vending machine had an out of order sign throughout my short stay. Finally, a tiny travel bar of face soap was the only soap provided. There were not soap options for the shower. I am chalking up the lack of small travel conveniences to a lesson learned and I will be sure to bring my own items if visiting this property in the future.

Betty, the pregnant lady, was very accommodating. She was nice and never acted like we were bothering her the few times when we locked ourselves out of the room or our door key didn't work.
I liked all the picnic tables around the building.
I liked the location, close to restaurants.
I can't think 🤔 of what could have been better.

The property and beach were presented as beautiful! in truth the hotel did not face the ocean, the room was clean, but it was all tired, worn, and the hallways smelled like skunk, and cigarettes.
It was built years ago and worn out.
beach was stones, and very few decent restaurants.

Very friendly staff, clean, great location, very nice pool, decent breakfast, clean room and grounds.
A little pricey. Need more lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas in pool area and it should be open earlier. There were no snacks, drinks or ice in machines and too much cigarette smoking everywhere instead of making designated areas.

We didn't get up for breakfast but the smoke from Canada caused me to have breathen issues and Amanda Thursday night brought me some sweets because my sugar got really really low so thank you for that
Nothing that you could help I came for the pool but the rain we needed do to the fire in Canada so next time in July I'll be back

Location was great, Pool was convenient and well kept, the grill’s provided by the property was a plus as we was able to use then twice during our stay, and the front staff were very professional and helpful!
Pool hours should definitely be extended as they closed it up and lock the gate at 8:00am, the owners should be a little nicer instead of glaring at you anytime they are around, and the rooms should be cleaned better as we had to ask one of the staff for a broom to sweep up all the sand in our room as soon as we arrived to the property and neither my husband or I had touched the sand once at that point so it definitely didn’t come from us. The guest laundry room (only 1 of each unit/ washer& dryer for the entire property) was closed the entire week that we was there due to the dryer not working, and the ice machine was also unavailable the entire time so we had to purchase ice for coolers to keep our drinks and food cold.

Enjoyed the overnight, the amenities and parking availability.
Can't think of anything bad, but I did get a parking ticket because I was waiting for check in time and didn't notice that it was metered parking along the street in front of motel.

It was good and plentiful
The bathroom fan room 204 did not work.
