There was a rat in my room and i had tried scaring it away or trapping it but as i was about to sleep i heard it again and this was at 1 in the morning so i was super tired and i had to call the owner and tell
him about it and it just ruined my night

Lady working the desk was nice
Mini fridge leaked all over the floor, old cracked mirror, sheets too small for bed, disgusting AC unit.

I liked the location. The motel was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The motel was close to shopping and restaurants in The. Motel was in a cute little Navy town. I would definitely stay here again.

We are cycling along the Pacific Coast highway. This hotel is located on the “route” so it was convenient. Low budget but adequate for a one night stay as we were just passing through town. We walked to dinner at the beach .7 miles away. Mini mart one block from hotel for supplies we needed
No coffee make in room. No hairdryer in room. Mini fridge wasn’t very cool. No ice maker.

Good location and staff was really friendly
It was worth the price

Rooms are old, layers of paint have been applied on the wall. No AC plugs near bed. Smoke detector have been removed and cables are hanging from the ceiling.
We payed $270 for one night. For $80 I would have said it was worth the price..

What breakfast? Not provided.
Too old. Things were falling apart literally.

Booking.com doubled booked and charged me without providing a confirmation via phone text, email or other options. Front Desk brought this to my attention by inquiring about additional room. I have disputed the charge. All things considered, the property provides value for the cost and its Staff is Good.
That Booking.com double charged me.

I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience here. The entire staff is very friendly. The housekeepers work VERY hard and are so sweet. please try to tip them if you can (although it's not required or implied). The surrounding community is also good friendly people. The beds are all new and just the right amount of firm which my back loves. The beach is only a 6 or 7 minute walk away.Jusy follow the "bike path"/creek there and you can see dozens of ducks/water fowl and lots of squirrels that will come right up to you to accept any healthy treats you offer them. Please be mindful of their well-being by NOT feeding ANY of the animals bread or any junk food. Opt for things like fresh fruits( not citrus) and leafy green and (UNSALTED) seeds, and dry oats. The liquor store next door has a little bit of everything- even some frozen bait for fishing. Some good restaurants are also in walking distance amongst others shops.
Sometimes the pillows are a little flat but you can just double them up.

Location and kitchenette
Smells really strong and bad. I had to open the windows 24 hrs to get fresh air even in cold and rainy days

onsite manager!
the chair in my room was missing wheels, the closet had an old refrigerator and door inside (more of a storage closet), the bathroom had mold at the ceiling, missing smoke detector, bathroom light flickered every once in awhile, and no outlets by the bed. felt itchy after sleeping, had to shower again!

Not much to like.
Old bedding not very updated unit. For the price I paid which was nearly $200 for one night the room should have had more towels it should have supplied me with complimentary shampoo conditioner soap. Very poor value for my money.

The staff is so nice
It is very rundown and a little scary. Very noisy
