Good value. Large quiet room.

Not fancy, but very functional. Very nice staff. Good value. Quiet location. Very large room.

Air conditioner was a little noisy, but I slept fine. The room had been repainted but some of the light switch plates had not been properly cleaned from excess paint - no big deal. Second floor rooms are only accessible by stairs, so those with mobility challenges would want to make sure they have a first floor room.

Pretty location but dirty with a lot of deferred maintenance

It had nice views and was close to where I was working

There is a lot of deferred maintenance and questionable practices in regards to health and safety. The fridge kept defrosting and leaking water, soaking our food and leaving puddles on the floor. The floors and walls were very dirty as was the patio furniture. After requesting room service, they never came so we were without towels and TP for a while until making two more calls. The breakfast was questionable. They were clearly leaving waffle batter on the counter for hours during the breakfast buffet, putting it back in the fridge after and then reusing it the next day. Most importantly, the front and back door were without second locks. The A/C worked but the unit could have easily been pushed through for entrance into the room. There were several lightbulbs missing and the outlet over the nightstand was not wired correctly, so sometimes you’d plug a phone charger in and a light would randomly come on. Overall, it was apparent they were understaffed. Perhaps that why there are so many issues or maybe they just don’t care.

Ratty and Totally Sub-standard

Absolutely third-world standards. The room smelled like beer. Toilet seat was broken. Corroded surface on shower. Broken blinds. Torn curtains. Awful polyester mattress pads that squeak when you make the slightest movement. One morning there was no hot water in the room and at other times, we could get nothing more than lukewarm water from the shower because the handle didn’t function. Ratty furniture in the lobby. Breakfast buffet featured cream cheese in one giant tub (very illegal according to health department standards). Pool was uninviting to say the least. Chairs on the "balcony" old, ratty and dirty. The step from the "balcony" down to the pool was massive. Front-desk service was rude and perfunctory. The entire experience was not up to Booking.com standards.

Needs updated & honesty

The location is absolutely beautiful

I didn’t like the fact that the manager lied to us and said the room we booked was unavailable put us in a lesser room. Then when we confronted her she said oh sorry I will move this guest so you can have that room but made us pay an additional $50 yo be moved to the room that we booked!!!

Location was good. Potential views, but not in all rooms.

My room was in dire need of update. Mattress was awful; noisy window air conditioner; holes in wall where towel holders once were.

Superb

Everything was Amazing, it was very comfortable and inviting. they had a great variety for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Having a private back patio was a absolute bonus. it was a great stay I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

I thought the rooms could be a little bit more clean with flooring in more detail with cleaning. Bedding and beds were clean and comfortable.

Great peaceful option close to the city!

breakfast was a plus, the backyard is very peaceful, really glad to have stayed here! staff were friendly too.

It was central to where we wanted to be.

The beds were uncomfortable and the place needs a lot cosmetic work. The continental breakfast was not good. Walls are thin.

nice location just outside of Austin - a little tired but close to Lady Bird Gardens and west side attractions.
