Very nice facility, good location.

The king suite was very comfortable with the kitchen and sitting areas. Others that we were traveling with had a one bedroom king suite that was very nice also.

The breakfast area was often messy and not restocked even when there was still over an hour until it closed.

Me and my family enjoyed everything about the property, especially the breakfast and it’s also close to the beach and restaurants.

I didn’t like that the property was pet friendly.

I was very disappointed in the service we received during our stay.

The overall property was very nice and well cared for. The rooms and beds were great and comfortable.

I requested on several occasions that our towels and toiletries be replenished and they never were. I ended up purchasing body wash, towels, paper towels,and tissue. I expected exceptional service from a hotel backed by Hilton, especially after paying a great amount of money. I was very disappointed!

I would definitely recommend this place and come back for more stays

Closeness to the beach great breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff at the breakfast buffet as well.

No hot tub. No bar or poolside bar, no cook too inside rooms and the coffee maker was not a k cup friendly and that could be beneficial.

The room was great and for that reason, I would definitely stay another room to room again, but not

First 3 days great. Then just ok. Ran out of yogurt and never replenished it for the rest of the stay. Ran out of individual milks and had to use gallons instead. Had a kiosk that you could get wipes clean off your space but that never had anything in it that you could wipe off your space and I never saw a table being wiped down other than by myself.

We booked six months in advance and we’re never notified that the pool would be closed and they would be working on it the whole time. Power washed the patio and seating area on Saturday and left the entire area roped off all day Saturday and Sunday so you couldn’t use the area to sit out Next to the lobby.

Excellent dog friendly property; very comfortable

Loved that we could bring our large dog with us; and be in a large, comfortable suite.

What’s not to like? Except if you wanted to swim - the swimming pool was shut down for maintenance. That didn’t matter to us; but we met another family with children who were disappointed in not having a pool onsite.

It’s clean. Perfect Location with shop and restaurants near by and the beach is just 5 minutes walk.

Love the property, just need some tweaking.

The breakfast was ok, needed meat options aside from the sausage biscuits.

The toilet seat in my bathroom was peeling and had a gross yellow color on it. Did not sit on it the entire stay, also something’s in the room, you could tell a dog had previously been in there, by the smell.

Home 2 definitely will be my choice from now on

Location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and very convenient, staff was wonderful.

i just found 1 staff member not friendly, and no matter what I said, I couldn’t take a smile out of her face … she was in a personal phone call while she checking me in … and I meant personal because she had an air pods on and she was talking in her language … (not english, not spanish) She didn’t explained me were my room where, and when I asked her she didn’t like it. At the room, one of the beds wasn’t good… One side had kind of a hole in a middle, and you couldn’t sleep all the way good, so, I used the other side of the bed that was even.

Would stay here again if in this area.

Room furnishings, size, arrangement. Cleaning staff was excellent. The refrigerator/ freezer was very nice.

Breakfast choices were limited compared to other facilities. Breakfast sandwiches were too hard to eat, could offer a meat every day. The bed was too soft, gave me a backache. Consider liquid soap dispensers for the bathrooms. Cooking utensils are too big for supplied bowls.

We did enjoy our stay and the nice walk to the beach and the back porch restaurant!

The hotel was easy to find, and was a quick 3-4min walk to the beach. Not overly busy/crowded. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice and clean! The hotel is pet friendly which is nice to see!

Because the property is pet friendly, our room in particular was not very clean. Beds were somewhat comfortable. The breakfast is just so so.

it was okay but for tthe price it was over priced

Front desk staff was nice, room had plenty of space. Was close to some nice attracttions and food places. Lobby area was kept clean.

Rooms needed to be actually cleaned, very dusty and floors half cleaned. bathroon had hair and stuff from other people and restock things better. And should do a trash pick up in rooms or atleast check if trash needed to be emptied . The breakfast was so so

Just the location is fine.

1. Room with a bad smell and the staff did not want to change me to another room. 2. They were charging me $100 more than what I booked through booking. 3. Breakfast area very dirty and they don't have staff to clean while guests eat breakfast.

The room walls were covered in mold. The couch was dirty with fingerprints. Housekeeping had to be ordered the night before and we were not advised of this policy.
