Disappointing and going down hill fast

Location

It has really gone down hill lately. The staff are rude, they won't honor online prices, the deposit is outrageous, water was warm at best in bathroom, the fan in bathroom ceiling was making a squealing noise so loud you couldn't turn on light, the coffee maker was dirty and had no coffee pot, the in room sofa was dirty and material torn, the door didn't close real well, the walls and ceiling are paper-thin and a family of elephants were above on second floor. It has hardly any customers now because of conditions.

I would definitely recommend Days Inn Bryan to my friends and family

The location was great it’s right off hwy 6 and easy access to everything. The property was well lit at night which was of great comfort to me. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions promptly and professionally

There was nothing I disliked about the facilities at all

Very economical, clean, nice place to stay. The parking lot was very well lit which was great at night!

It was very convenient, right off the highway. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very well lit too!!

There was a broken wall outlet behind a nightstand next to the bed so that lamp couldn't be plugged in there. The outlet hole was literally open. Also the mid-wall bumper behind the bathroom door was missing the rubber ball piece and had this tiny pinprick hole in the metal piece. My teenage daughter was convinced there was a camera because it pointed towards the shower. I could tell it was just the metal gleaming through the hole but let her stuff toilet paper in it anyway to feel better. But it would be good for the property to fix both things. We left really early Sunday morning so didn't share with the property manager yet.

The toilet seat wasn’t clean. The towels had holes and stains on them. There wasn’t an iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The room had a weird smell.

Worst hotel experience ever!

The staff was rude and lied to me. The hotel canceled my one night reservation AFTER I checked in and changed it to a two night reservation without my consent. We only stayed one night, but I was billed for two nights several days later.

They will cancel your booking.com reservation and charge more

property was fine

booked room on booking.com for $67 for my husband. When he arrived, the person behind the desk cancelled the reservation and made him pay $116 for the same room. Dishonest business practices at this location, so be aware!

Clean room - did the job for our one night stay - a little pricey, but due to college graduation

Room and Bathroom were clean and well maintained. Didn't try the continental breakfast, but it was offered as part of the room rate. Note the site tacks on a $100 security deposit when you register/get keys and they say it will take a week to 10 days to have this charge removed.

Thin walls - was a little noisy, but not too bad. Hot water seemed to be running out after our two showers.

They didn't let me check in supposedly because I wasn't 21, but no where in the website it states that. I was left to sleep in my car because the staff didn't allow me to sleep inside.

Because it was a football weekend I was charged a ridiculous amount this hotel not worth it.

Packaged muffins, etc. Nothing special.

Asked housekeeper to service our room on our way out. There was 4 of us she left 3 towels and only picked up some of the dirty towels and left the rest . Did not make up the beds and the inside of the microwave was filthy.
