Very big room. And very comfortable. Great location. Very close to the river walk. Lovely and quiet hotel and location.
Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was pretty decent and had a decent variety of items. The attendant was very nice and helpful and the area for the breakfast was a fantastic location.
The eggs and sausage could have been a little bit hotter.

Room was clean.
The room needed a central celing light instead of multiple small lamps.

Everyting was very good, as we already knew. This is our reason to come back here, when we visit Chicago for a few days.
No complains

The hotel is not able to offer us any reason to remove it from our top list! We'll come back here in the next trip to Chicago.
To be honest, I didn't like the weather in Chicago in these days. But it can be worse!
That means there is nothing to complain at the hotel!

Dislike continued from dislikes..As manager was baggering me about my bank had already merged with bank of west I said here I will oil up my bank app to show you it's not available until 9/5/23 and she wasp like yes I want to see. I show her I couldn't get in. She didn't like that she thought I was !tiny and she was right so now she shoes my bank card at me and aggressively starts reactivating my rooms keys. I'm a nurse, if I was that rude to my pts I'd be fired. She needs a seminar in customer service. She is very ignorant and I was insulted with the way she treated my kids and I having sit outside lie supers for hours wen I paid $880.50 prior to checking in.
Rude manager/night staff. Got here at 8 pm. My card wouldn't work for $60 fee. Made my 4 kids (15, 7, 6, 4) and I wait outside until 12-1 am mind you I pre-paid $880.50. My 7 yo has epilepsy. Had booking.com call hotel and got us in. agreed to pay $60 in am my bank was merging and I had no access to my account from 9/1 - 9/5. Tried my card again still wasn't working so manager deactivated my room key. Had booking.com call here to see if I could pay the $60 fee before Checking out 9/5/23 so I could call bank to see why my card wasn't working again I already prepaid $880.50. Manager repeatedly hung up on booking.com agent and also told agent I didn't pay my room or fees when agent kept telling the manager here I prepaid before I arrived here. So I called Hilton customer service and they told booking agent we could stay and that $60 fee would be waived, I just had to go to check in to activate my keys (9/4/23). I go to 4th floor and front desk lady asked what I needed. I told her booking.com said to go to the front desk to activate key for room I paid for. She asked for my ID and briefly looks at it and hands it back to me right away telling me to hang on. She went and got the manager. She asks for my ID again. I told her I literally just showed it to the other woman. Manager was very rude giving me attitude. Then the manager proceeds to ask for my card and if i had it the same card that wasn't working for that $60 fee. I tell her yes I have my card right here handing it to her and informing her that the hilton customer service informed my booking.com agent that the fee would waived since I sat outside with my kids for 4-5 hours for 2 rooms I prepaid 880.50 for. She rudely grabbed my card and looks at it and says "why isn't it working your bank merged with that new company in February so they're just now finalizing it" basically insinuating I was lying.

Breakfast = really good assortment of breakfast foods. Hot meal was nice start to the day. The attendant, Annette, was so sweet and helpful! Give her a raise please!
Room = Excellent for us. But recommend longer shower curtains or lowering the bar as it doesn't keep the water in. Used extra towels for soaking up the shower water on bathroom floor. Staff was more than willing to provide extra towels so it wasn't really a problem, just an extra mess we were concerned about leaking.
Security = My daughter had a friend come visit us at the hotel. She was stopped by security or someone before she came up to the room. We had to come down to lobby to get her, which wasn't a problem. We appreciate that someone recognized that she wasn't a guest (even though she's harmless lol), and they don't allow just anyone to wander around the property.
All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't even laugh at us too hard when we locked ourselves out of the room... in our pajamas!🤦♀️😆
Great location. Downtown but not too far downtown. Close to highway, big benefit!
Need More Parking! Especially handicap parking in garage.
We've stayed at a lot of Chicago hotels. Some more expensive but we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
See above.

I love the view of the corner suite. Such a great deal for what you pay, even going on a Saturday night during a big event weekend. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and living room area, more than enough for two people.

Take two elevators to reach the room. The reception is on a different floor.

loved the size of the room - so spacious
also enjoyed all the amenities of the kitchenette - full sized fridge and freezer
enjoyed sitting on the terrace as well
staff extremely friendly
would have preferred full sized coffee maker - thankfully brought my own
parking spaces way too small and not enough
