The location was great, but it’s time for a refresh and refurbish.

The location and the vaule

It was very dirty and very dated. The lampshades were falling apart, the shower head was barely a trickle.

It was as good as we expected it to be.

The location is great for our needs. Convenient parking. The basic necessities of reasonably priced accommodations were met as well.

The water temperature could have been a tad better in the a.m. Also, I prefer less freshener smell upon entering a room.

Nice to in western part of Virginia.

Stuff in general worked, but I didn't really like the facilities.

Tooo much odor of cleaner product.

The staff was pleasant.

There was a severe strong smell of cleaning product in the rooms. I am sensitive also there was buildup mold in light fixtures up in bathroom areas and tons buildup around a.c. basically i got sick breathing in so toxins. The room was clean but to odor was toxins from overload fragrance cleaner.

I always Ike to stay here when attending my annual chamber music retreat.

Location was less than a mile from my event. The room was cleaned each day. It was old but comfortable.

Air conditioner would turn on every 10 minutes and run for two minutes. I finally just turned I t off. Pillows were hard.

efficient, practical, a bit more care needed.

Nice location, big bed! Nice staff on reception, very quick dealing with a request.

the accommodation has been neglected a little, someone could do with checking everything is there and in order before guests arrive. No smoke alarm on the wall- which I informed the front desk. no cutlery, which was sorted very quickly by staff when they were aware. floor quite dirty, feet were black, quite dusty, could do with a good clean.

Really comfy bed!

Friendly staff, really comfy bed and perfect location. Also good value for money.

Some facilities are a bit outdated as mentioned by others but everything works!

Perfect spot for an overnight stay

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.

The property is as described. The rooms are typical in size for older motels. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. I needed a little more space however.

Would not recommend to anyone!

We left after seeing the room and had to pay again to stay elsewhere!

Everything! Room had sickening smell and dirty!

Will never stay there again!

The view across the street and the man who checked us in was very nice.

This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. I think they change the bed and throw clean towels in the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned from the last guest(s) that stayed there. Everything was sticky and mold and musty smell in the room. The Health Dept. has not visited this place in a long time. Will never stay there again! Had to wear my flip flops in the room because the bottom of my feet were black from dirt. The inside of the toilet had a layer of crap because they do not clean! Stay away

I would say, see the place before booking. Not for everyone.

I arrived late night and the receptionist (I think he’s the owner) was there for check in, he gave me a “good” room. I was so tired that night from driving long hours and forgot the key in the door (outside the room), I guess I can say it was safe because nothing happens to me but the place was almost empty.

The room was okay, spacious but there was a weird smell in the room and I found a small cockroach :((( I only stayed that night because it was too late to look for another place, but left the next day. ( at that point I didn’t care losing the money I payed for the second night).

Bed Matresses were quite comfortable. Parking space was exceptional. Nice and wide.

Missing knob on inside lamp light. Slow draining sink. Non-skid tub bottom was dirty. Small sized room. Dried paint on bathroom floor. Bathroom tiles were worn and showing neglected maintaince. Missing box of facial tissue. Very tiny, cheap soap bars. Shower knob was bent and difficult to opperate. Electric clock didn't work. Window curtains appeared dated.
