Beautiful facility. Great landscaping and wonderful room. Spacious and comfortable.
The ONLY thing I did not like was the cheap old TV. When it’s boiling hot it’s nice to be able to sit and watch a show. The TV in the living room does not have a pivot mount so no one can watch it very well when sitting in the couch. The pool was a bit dirty.

The resort center was amazing. Our children loved basketball and pickleball court. The pools were great. And we loved the theater evening.

The property was clean / spotless, kitchens well-equipped, facilities excellent.
Best of all - the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. On our first night we got a late call from the front desk to tell us our car lights had been left on. They saved our battery running down and a lot of hassle the next day.
Nothing. It was perfect.

Location, aesthetics and layout were good.
Finding the lobby in the dark was difficult.

The staff was fantastic - they were always friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms and the property are very clean and well-maintained, the kitchens and bathrooms are nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Our room had an outdoor shower which was fun to use. The Jacuzzi's and pools were heated (in Winter) and I found one pool that was big enough to swim laps (there are several pools, most of which are oversized wading pools and aren't long enough for swimming). There is at least one large/gas BBQ close to every pool which was nice. The Pickle Ball court was also a nice touch but they no longer have the Ping Pong tables. There is a shopping complex with a Cafe, Supermarket and a Morton's Steakhouse within a 15 min walk of the resort (or a very short drive).
For a relatively upscale resort, the layout of the rooms was a little strange. Some rooms had a terrace facing the parking lot (aka, "outside facing") but a balcony facing the pool ("inside facing") whereas other rooms had a terrace facing inside but no balcony. I would have liked them to design it with an inside facing terrace and a balcony.
I was traveling on business and the Internet was almost unusable (approx 1.5 Mbps download rates) such that I couldn't participate in teleconference calls. Even with the video off the audio was breaking up. There is only WiFi access, so there was no option to directly connect to a router and I don't think that it would have made a difference. The slow Internet will probably prohibit me from visiting again on days that I'm working.
I was a little surprised that the exercise facilities weren't a little nicer given the cost of the resort, and I think that they should bring back the Ping Pong table. I also think that they should provide a breakfast option every day.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the adult pool and hot tub. Very close to restaurants and activities. Staff was amazing. The availability of the theatre was great and the table tennis and basketball courts were great for family activities. Highly recommend!
The experience would have received a 10/10 if they offered breakfast at the same price, making it inclusive. If not breakfast, light snacks in the clubhouse or the evening. There were no activities at the hotel itself.

There were some cleaning supplies and trash left at the bottom of our staircase when we arrived. Even after notifying the front desk staff, the items had not been removed by the next day; that was a bummer. But everything else was superb!

The 4 different pools and hot tubs dispatched everywhere on the property allowed us to enjoy it without feeling overcrowded! The staff is very kind and makes great recommendations: we were offered a “Private” movie night in the theater that we really enjoyed!!! We will definitely come back asap!!!
That we booked 4 nights only 😉!
