If I traveled I would come stay there every time.

The staff was amazing. Made me feel safe and important. Even with all the business men there. We still felt important.

Nothing the hotel can change. The beggers outside were upsetting.

You can’t beat the convenience if you’re going for a concert

The location was perfect as we were travelling to attend a concert and it was next door. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Stay was ok. But i am getting overcharged on the price!!!

I have a receipt for $197. They charged my credit card 272. Twice!!! What is going on . i thought booking got me cheaper rates?!#

Pricey and inconvenient

Very clean, staff was great (especially Michelle at the front desk)

We stayed overnight locally after our daughter had foot surgery before driving home. The entry was on a busy street and the curb was NOT handicapped accessible. Only had valet parking which was expensive.

Nice hotel but dirty room

Modern hotel with a great location and hot continental breakfast.

Parking is valet only ($35) and my room was not clean. There was staining on the wall behind the sofa, hair in the shower, and a piece of a blue glove on the bedroom floor. I notified the property and they offered me another room. I requested this room ahead of time so someone came to clean my room instead. The staff was friendly and resolved the issue. But a dirty room upon arrival is gross regardless.

Great hotel at an excellent location especially for the price

The room was comfy and well maintained with an excellent view of the river valley. Staff were super friendly especially to my five year old kid.

The breakfast was only ok but it’s hard to complain too much about a free breakfast. The shower head was also only ok. It got the job done.

Location was safe. Clean. Rooms nice size for 2. Breakfast was hot, variety and hot good coffee

Only one poor person staffing checkin. She was very overburdened and it was a long wait. Chicago location mid-July had 3 people! Should staff more. Huge concert across the street!

Overall good except for parking

Great location once you get settled in, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was easy to check in and out.

Parking, they shouldn't advertise parking because they only offer valet and it's expensive. Huge pet peeve of mine with all hotels in this area. If driving yourself the best option is across the street at a competing hotel.

We came down for a concert at the Xcel. This hotel was awesome in every way. Clean, great customer service, very close to the Xcel so we could just walk there. The valet service was awesome. Everything went so smooth. I will definitely be back!
