Will definitely come back. My husband love the place!

The property was exactly what I was looking for. The area was quiet but at the same time you could to go the South Beach by walking, trolley, bus or bicycle if you wanted to experience a more exciting side of South Miami. The front desk, valet parking and housekeeper were very helpful.

The issue we had was the toilet. Whenever you flushed the toilet it made an unpleasant beeping sound which lasted for a few minutes. In my opinion I think the management needs to look into that. Also, the water temperature in the shower ran cold for a couple of minutes until it got warmer.

Je n’y retournerai jamais !

Pression de l’eau insuffisante dans la douche avec très peu d’eau chaude, meuble sous évier dans la salle de bain vétuste et cassé, freezer hors d’usage dans le frigo, climatisation bruyante. Gros problème de propreté dans la chambre !

The localization is near restaurants, shoppings, and you can go wlaking to the beach. It is very clean, but I think they could improve it by changing matresses and pillows.

La posizione è ottima . La camera è confortevole e il divano letto comodo La piscina è bella

La cucina non aveva i fuochi se si voleva mangiare in casa . C’è solo il microonde e ci dovrebbe almeno un tostapane

Nice property!

Very nice property, brand new, and very good location. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but everything else was great. The room had everything we could possibly need and more. The balcony and view were nice, and the large windows allowed lots of light! We got there in the middle of the night after we missed a flight connection after spring break... the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

Overall we’re happy, since the staff was kind and helpful, the rooftop is really enjoyable and it is possible to walk or

The rooftop pool was amazing, the location was great too and it was also possible to park for free in the street nearby.

Details in the room could be a bit better: the laminated floor was all damaged with patches of different material to repair it.

I like the location on the apartment that works well for three people

It was clean and comfortable.

It was very quiet and rooms spacious. The pool area was lovely too.

It was a long walk from the beach area. Rooms are a little tired where furniture is looking worn and the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom. The shower wasn’t great.

The hotel needs a "lifting" and better cleaning

Good and calm location. Good design. Nice appartements in a nice size. Nice amneties.

Rooms were ( we had 2 suites) very dirty. The speaker for the music litturally sticky, skirtings probably never cleaned. The floor was very superfiacally cleaned as well as the windows. When I came back once they have put down my pillow on the floor ( probably forgot while cleaning). Footprints on the floor..... The furniture but especially the bathroom furnitures are extremely used and destroyed. ( have pictures). A pitty for such a nice hotel.

I checked out one night earlier even when room is paid because it was so uncomfortable

the mattress and sheet were not comfortable at all and the shower is very bad no pressure in the water at all impossible to shower
