New Years Eve a Blast!

It was my 2nd stay and will return. Love the restaurant and bar(Terra). Upon checking in I was given my room on the 3rd floor. Front desk clerk pointed me towards the elevator, but I asked the location of the stairwell. I mentioned my wife doesn't take elevators. Without asking, she quickly changed my room to the 2nd floor and right next to stairwell. Much Appreciated!

okay all the good features were over rid by no coffee in room.

interesting decor

I need to be gluten and dairy free so I bring my own food and count on coffee in the room in the morning. There were no regular coffee pods in the room-I need my caffine and the machine did not work at all so couldn't even have my own tea and instant oatmeal. Later had coffee in lobby and they refilled the almond milk for me.

Exceptional

I liked the aesthetics, and how clean the room looked. The bed was super comfortable as well. The options in the pantry by the check-in were clutch, loved that there were 5 hour energies and juices in the fridge to purchase whenever needed.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff

Heating and a/c in room was very noisy. The heating was set to 80 degrees when we arrived. Colling back to 70 took a long time and a/c fan was noisy. When we arrived they had no reservation for us even though we had confirmation. Checking out the could not find our names again for the rooms. Computer system seems to be a mess.

All in all a terrible experience.

The sofa/lounge was covered with an assortment of very visible stains. Staiins that looked as if they had been made over a series of visits. The blanket at the foot of the bed had a easily visible hole in it. Which add up to the questions of how clean the sheets and towels were. And, there were no wash clothes. Dinner at the restaurant: food was poor and the noise was deafening. The breakfast was like no other we'd had at a hotel in this price range. Over-the-counter muffins, dried out hard bagels, and cold high-sugar cereal were the choices. And, whatever cleaner the hotel uses in the hallways carried a very unpleasant oder. All in all a terrible experience.

I’d stay again. It was convenient.

Everything was great but the restaurant was great. Menu was not extensive but everything was delicious.

Food and room a bit overpriced.

Basic hotel not really worth the price had never been charged a fee for damage BEFORE the check in

the decor was okay, the coffee in the morning

we arrived at 9:05 after driving all day the restaurant and bar were closed or closing we booked the hotel so we could have a restaurant

Very pleasurable stay

View from room of trees. Bed and linen comfortable. Plenty of hefty towels. Food in restaurant very good.

Toilet too low. Sliding closet/bathroom door a little inconvenient at times. Lobby acoustics extremely noisy.
