Великолепно Все! Потрясающие апартаменты с четырьмя спальнями, двумя санузлами и абсолютно всем необходимым. Двор, джакузи, приветливый хозяин, домашняя атмосфера, паркинг. Просто фантастика!

The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and the hot tub wasn't clean. My husband had to clean and fill the hot tub

Perfect for a large family

The space is very spacious and accommodates a family of 8, easily. Two bathrooms with double doors separating double sinks from tub and toilet meant multiple people could use the bathrooms at the same time. There were plenty of towels and clothes. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans, coffee maker, and essential small appliances. Dishwasher tabs were provided as well as dish soap and sponges. The heat worked well for us and wasn't difficult to figure out. Dick is a genuinely great guy and brought over treats for our kids. He came first thing in the morning to clear out the parking lot after a big snowfall so we could get to where we needed to go.

The condo and linens could be cleaner. Based on previous reviews and what I saw when we arrived, Dick is always improving and appears to have addressed issues brought up by previous guests. I'm certain he will also ensure the cleaning crew steps up their game. Kitchen cabinets/drawers could still use some pulls (not a deal breaker). If you need the WiFi for work or school, you may get dropped a few times, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

We soent one comfortable night there on our way to Bears Ears.

It was comfortable, clean and met our needs.

No coffee maker—but that isn’t a deal-breaker. Blanding offers little of interest to visitors, but folks are friendly and helpful.

Roominess and convenience to sites we were visiting each day.

Hot tub wasn't as hot as we were expecting! Never got hotter than 92*

Good but not great.

Lots of room for our family. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Places outdoors to eat, bbq, fun fire pit, hot tub, places to sit and relax and visit. Outdoor games to play for adults and kids. New couch and carpet was nice. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Responsive to requests for service.

Ceiling fan in one bathroom didn't work. Dirty towel behind the shower door we found when getting ready to leave. Not enough lights at night in living room and bedrooms. Burned out light bulbs in oven and on microwave. Not stocked well with garbage bags and toilet paper and paper towels for our length of stay. Uneven side walk was a tripping hazard.

Very grateful for finding such a clean, modern, comfortable place in the middle of the desert.

The property was spotless, clean and fresh, like it had just been remodeled. It was spacious, welcoming and great for a group of friends traveling together or a family vacation.

The heating / cooling system is a little odd where each room has its own individual thermostat. When we arrived it was 62 degrees inside and even overnight it only warmed up to around 67. We were pretty cold. There was probably something different we could have done, but it wasn't immediately obvious how to make it all work. Oh, and none of the kitchen drawers of cabinets had any pulls / handles. It became a joke how difficult it was to do anything in the kitchen.

Fantastic and spacious!

So much space and sheets on the king bed were nice! Our family of 5 loved all the bedrooms and space to spread out mid roadtrip!

Apartment was roomy and well appointed. Easy to find. Convenient to restaurants.

The air conditioner was set on high. There are many thermostats in the apartment. It took us a day and a half to figure out how to turn the air conditioner down. The apartment needs some directions.
