It is an apartment located on the beachfront of 130m2 with two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed of 180 and in the other there are two beds of 90. The first has the bathroom integrated in the bedroom. Both bedrooms overlook a very quiet park. The 60m2 lounge has sofas for 7 people and a 60 "TV. Wonderful views of the sea. On the terrace there is a table for 6 people.

Beautiful apartment right on the seafront with fantastic views. We had 8 days late September early October in this wonderful apartment with all the facilities as described. It was very close to town for shopping and exploring. We really enjoyed walking out the front door straight onto the promenade for walks and local bars and restaurants. Carlos was a brilliant host with great knowledge of the area. There was a couple of minor problems when we arrived which were sorted efficiently by Carlos who went out of his way to ensure we were truly happy with the apartment. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and Carlos as a host and are already planning another visit as soon as we can.

Fantastic views over the beach, with a large balcony, can’t fault this for location, beach, restaurants below you, short walk to a supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the Ramblas

Magnífic apartament mal cuidat
Excel·lent el lloc i es un apartament per disfrutar. Espais grans i al seu moment ben construït, ara està gastat, falta més manteniment i neteja a fons.

Loved the location. We left the apartment in the same condition as when we arrived. We gave a 150 euro refundable damage deposit. When can we expect to get this deposit back.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment right on the promenade . The accommodation was as described and the host, Carlos was very helpful. We will definitely return as it’s in an ideal location for visiting my Spanish relatives

Casa descuidada
Es una pena que un piso tan bonito no lo mantengan,había suciedad por todas partes,la campana de la cocina no iba de la grasa que tenía,los cristales del balcón medio rotos(un peligro),debajo de la cama de matrimonio había pelusa de AÑOS!!,el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente,la ducha obstruida por la cal.Además,tardan más de 10 días en devolverte la fianza.
No tienen vergüenza de alquilar la casa así y además a ese precio!!

El apartamento está genial al principio un poco lioso por las luces,pero muy buena ubicación si quieres playa y correr o andar por el paseo marítimo.
