Location and sunset deck pub
Rooms a little dated and small, but not bad.

The location was beautiful. We were there for baseball so the walk was easy. The property faces the gulf, unobstructed, so…wow.
I was so excited about staying at this property, initially. So disappointed in the room, amenities and general ambience. The shower had black stains on the grout (mold?), no handle, a hook and one 20” towel bar, thin and small bath towels, one 1.5” circle of soap, 1 ply toilet paper and tissues, a roll holder located awkwardly behind the seat (fine if you’re a contortionist), an embarrassingly prominent display of grossly overpriced snacks and beverages but worst of all a screeching bathroom door. I was also sadly disappointed that there was a single chair and the view was of the parking lot. All in all, a very disappointing experience. The HiFi Bar was not the classy jazz bar I was led to believe but a “if you can find an empty table and move your own seats to it”, go ahead. Meanwhile, the table with four glasses of water on it was “reserved”. We were there for 75 minutes… no one showed up.

The location is fabulous, overlooking the beautiful Gulf & accessible by foot to shops, restaurants, bars & the pier. Love the historic aspects the hotel incorporates in decor, food, bar & surroundings.
In room coffee machines are not terribly user friendly, although this is offset by complimentary coffee each morning in the restaurant. This should be more highly shared info for guests I feel

Loved it
Valet parking suck

Very unique hotel with a lot of old tradition that was brought modern. Very nice room though no balcony. The bed and bath were very good. The downstairs bar area with music was very nice. The Pool was terrific. Easy walk to downtown Dunedin and all the bars/restaurants.
The only downside to our one day visit was the roof top bar/restaurant was closed for a private party. It was one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel, great views of intercoastal from that roof top. This was a bit disappointing but not end of the world.

Great location
Parking. Not being notified prior to check out that you’ll be charged for parking and have to tip the valet numerous times.

Location good.
It was crowded with a wedding first night.
Must get a homemade croissant and jelly! I'll come back for that alone!
Rooftop sunset was romantic, get there early for a seat.

Beautiful property, great location, very friendly smiling staff
The room was a bit small. Would’ve liked two chairs at the table.

I think you need a better menu with more choices for breakfast, especially for children
Room towels were scratching an old as were the pool towels. The carpet in the bedroom was staying and seems were evident looks like they need to be replaced..

Brian (with an i) was so helpful, friendly and professional. He knew that I had mobility issues and helped me very much.
Brian is an asset to your operation.

Loved the location. Easy walk to downtown area
The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Room was closest to the lobby and we could hear all that was going on.
Shower temp was off- took awhile for it to heat up and once hot it was too hot and took awhile to cool down. Something was off with the control

Location…Dunedin Main Street a easy walk by the Intercostal Waterway. Excellent Rooftop Bar with great sunset views.
1: Room was directly below the rooftop bar so well into the night we had the sound of chairs being dragged around like having a cabin under a cruise pool deck = disrupted sleep. 2. Carpet in the room was worn and torn in numerous places. 3. Resteraunt was understaffed, during one morning breakfast it took eons to just get coffee. 4. Room could of done with a desk. 5. Our valet parked vehicle was returned to us absolutely coated in bird poop after being parked under trees.

the room was well appointed and comfortable. the staff was great!
the roof top bar and the Chop House was amazing…. service and food were both impeccable.
8.0
Staff, location, quiet room
Lack of breakfast choices and self parking, the in-room beverage selection being different from restaurants and bars

The property is in a prime location for the area but the furnishings, decor and management is below par. No one to help with luggage. No effort to explain amenities. There is room service, but it is not mentioned or advertised in the room. Shabby EVERYTHING except decent bathroom. Desk couldn't explain charges. Employees are more loyal than the management. There is no evidence that it is a Marriott-run property.
