Amazing

Large spacious room. Comfortable bed and loved the balcony overlooking city. Close to train ride and restaurants. Loved our stay and recommend them highly.

A fan stay. Excellent facilities Steven was very helpful

Breakfast was yummy. My picky 12 year old kids actually loved the food.

No improvements needed. Excellent service. We will be back. Steven the host is super.

Cheap to stay but don’t expect much

Location was great and price was good.

We were told the pool was heated and it was definitely not. Laziest cleaners I’ve seen in a long time. We stayed for 4 days and never once had our beds made or sheets changed. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never once not had the bed made.

Wonderful. Very comfortable bed and clean establishment. Everyone was so nice.

It was very clean, smelled good everywhere you went, staff was very friendly- especially the guy who checked us in. (We checked in around 7 and he said he was there until midnight)

There could have been more channels on the tv but that’s a small thing

Excellent stay and a warm experience.

Everything was grade A material. The staff was very helpful with directions to places and pointing the way to restaurants and activities for us to see. We came to visit the casino so it was not too much of a sight seeing trip but I did see some things of interest. Overall I will give it a A-.

The breakfast...that killed the A+. Everything was clean and ready as introduced but I did not expect an only carb breakfast diet. We had to eat breakfast at the local restaurant which was saturated with people. The food was good but I wanted to start the day in a quiet setting. That was the only negative point that we encountered. Sorry but that is my opinion.

Hotel was very nice. Clean everywhere you looked. Convenient to town. And staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was a bit small. Given the price point. Clean and bed was very comfortable.

Great architecture and aesthetics. Love the 2 sided fireplace in the lobby. 24 hour coffee machine. Ice maker that worked.

Loved it, would stay again.

Very nice facility in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, everything was very clean and comfortable.

We did not know the times of breakfast and we missed it, the guy who checked us in did not tell us. But it was ok, we found a great coffee shop just down the street to eat at.

Great! Very nice place!

The view and cleanliness was great. Employees are very nice and there is an elevator if you can't use the stairs.

The beds; my friend and I both need a firm bed and these are extra soft.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff and great location.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is tastefully decorated and located close to the shops and restaurants. The shower had good water pressure and all necessities were provided. I was skeptical about the water pressure due to other reviews. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Breakfast choices were limited but fresh and plentiful. Coffee was very good.

Nice hotel close to everything in Bryson City. 5 minute walk to the train and restaurants.

Beds were a bit soft and they did not clean the room each day.

Better than expected

The rooms were great, comfy beds, nice large bathrooms, and breakfast.

It was noisy being on the main road. You could hear every Harley and truck. But after 1 am ....a little quieter.

Loved our stay

The property was at the center of town with in walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were clean. The gal that checked us in was super sweet and helpful.

The elevator was a little slow. Not a big deal.

The service was great. All front desk people were friendly and informative from where to eat to what roads are the best to travel home on. The breakfast was good. The lady working breakfast did an excellent job cleaning and keeping the food supply full. The pool are was also very clean.

The staff was very friendly throughout the entire stay. The location is wonderful. The property itself was very clean and up to date.
