not much
We asked for a ground floor, The one we got was half blow ground, under a stair case. When it rained , we tracked into
the room. My wifes mobility is limited, so we asked for another room, We got another room but had to pay an additional
charge of another night $ 189.67. I don't think that was right. We stayed in that room 2 nights, then left a day early.
Three nights ended up costing us $948.31.

The size and comfort of the room was good, wifi was a little problematic, no local stations on tv, no view of beach

I stayed here before with some of my girlfriends years ago. Got the ocean view this time. Really needed more than one night.
Third floor was intermittently shaking.

Good size tv. The pool was nice and heated with a 9ft deep end. The beds were pretty good and being near the beach was nice.
Office to check in and out the next day was closed. Had to walk down the street (about 3-4 minutes maybe) to use a different hotel office. Keys were actual keys. Not key cards. Overpriced and not the greatest location. I expected a lot more for the price. The phone in the room didn’t work either.

Didn't like having to check in down the road at another hotel. Basically because I was nursing a foot injury.

Easy access to the beach, heated pool (a bit to warm), comfortable room.
Tried calling office multiple times to get more towels and coffee. Always busy. Located a staff member cleaning rooms and asked they bring us what we needed. They never did. Beds not all that comfortable. For future visits we will likely stay in Scarborough or other area that is not so much for families.

Our room didn't have a direct view of the ocean, but it was very close. The king bed was hug and comfortable, but a bit much for the room. Anyone with mobility issues would have a tough time navigating between the bed and dresser. It's an old building, but pretty well maintained. All staff we met were were very friendly.
The little kitchenette is super antiquated and not very functional. You'd be better off removing it and leaving basic cabinets, a counter top, the microwave and the little fridge.

Close to things
The ceiling fan burning in my kids room and the resolution to that from staff was don’t turn it on … my daughters room filled with smoke and no one seemed to be alarmed about it. They put a piece of tape over the switch.

We stayed in room 26. Our TV didn't work. The outlet was broken and staff had to get an extension cord to get it working. The cord went from one end of the room to the other. Hazard. I tripped over the cord almost every time I walked into the room. We were told this would be fixed and it wasn't. We also paid $365 a night and no housekeeping. This was deceptive when booking. We should've been told that we weren't going to have housekeeping available. Unacceptable. We left a day early because of this. Very disappointment. This used to be our favorite place to stay. Never again and I will never again recommend it to anyone else.
Be truthful when booking people for a room.

Location. Good size bedrooms and kitchen. Pool was nice and clean. Grills worked. We did get a late check out as requested.
Under pull out couch very dirty. When we checked in lady had an attitude. Trash in front of suite when we checked in. We did call and they promptly removed
3.5
No breakfast
Needs a little updated
