Great locations but major improvements needed to make it rentable in the future.
Great location near Magazine. Hosts were a lovely couple and responsive.
The property has cockroaches!!! And the spray to kill them was toxic and the room didn’t have much ventilation so I felt like I was sleeping in bug spray. The sheets were pilly and the pillow shams smelled like they weren’t clean. The hot tub advertised as a highlight was broken. .

This was our honeymoon and i knew nothing about NOLA and where to stay but this place caught my attention because of the
The peaceful area it was located and how friendly the Host was!

Wonderful value, the room had everything we needed, and the hosts were lovely! The location also felt safe and secure.
Location was decent but a little far away from the French Quarter. Would recommend somewhere closer if you care about that. The hot tub didn't get hot for us which we were sad about, it was one of the big draws for us to stay here!

Dominique was extremely nice and worked with us and our schedule He gave us great recommendations of the neighborhood and we could walked to quite a few dinner and shopping options from his place!

Superb
Great location, very cozy I loved the garden i would 100% book again. Owners very accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was ok.
The microwave started smoking but owners were notified and offered to take care of it right away but we were leaving in a few hours so it wasn't a big deal.
