Perfect for one night. All the amenities needed for one night stay. Easy access to freeway

Nice location comfortable small clean facility and rooms with parking structure nearby

Great location and easy to check in and parking close by. The bed was comfortable and good pillows . Noise level very minimal and nice shower.

Rooms are fairly small and breakfast was average or comparable to the nationwide hotels nearby.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung in ein ehemals vertrautes Hotel

Ich war in den letzten fünf Jahren ein treuer Gast in diesem Hotel und schätzte den Komfort und Service. Mein jüngstes Erlebnis hat jedoch meine Sichtweise drastisch verändert und mich dazu veranlasst, meine bevorstehende Reservierung zu stornieren und meine Treue zu überdenken. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt wurde ich beschuldigt, in meinem Zimmer geraucht zu haben, und es wurde versucht mir 500 Dollar zusätzlich in Rechnung zu stellen. Diese Anschuldigung war völlig unbegründet, da ich nur im ausgewiesenen Raucherbereich des Hotels geraucht habe, unten bei der Garage. Der einzige Zusammenhang mit dem Rauchen in meinem Zimmer bestand darin, dass ich die gebrauchten Heets (nicht einmal Zigaretten) meiner elektronischen Zigarette im Mülleimer des Zimmers entsorgt hatte. Die Situation eskalierte, als der Housekeeping Manager ein Foto meiner persönlichen Gegenstände, einschließlich eines Feuerzeugs, und meiner Mülltüte aus meinem Zimmer als "Beweis" für das Rauchen auf seinem Handy präsentierte. Dieses Vorgehen verletzte nicht nur meine Privatsphäre, sondern zeugte auch von mangelndem Verständnis und Respekt. Das Vorhandensein eines Feuerzeugs in meinem Zimmer ist nicht gleichbedeutend mit dem Rauchen in meinem Zimmer, genauso wenig wie ein Messer auf einem Tisch eine kriminelle Handlung darstellt. Was mich am meisten beunruhigte, war das unbefugte Fotografieren meiner persönlichen Gegenstände. Da es im Zimmer keinen Safe gibt und Wertsachen wie mein PC, Pass und mein iPad im Zimmer zurückgelassen wurden, gab dies Anlass zu ernsthaften Bedenken in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Privatsphäre. Was wurde noch fotografiert, oder sogar kopiert? Durch diese Erfahrung fühlte ich mich eher wie ein Krimineller als ein geschätzter Gast. HYATT hat mein Gefühl für Gastfreundschaft und mein Vertrauen in das Hotel untergraben und mich gezwungen, meine zukünftigen Aufenthalte zu überdenken.

Wonderful hotel but noisy aircon

Loved the breakfast and the nice big room. The bed was really comfy too.

The air-conditioning was so noisy it made it hard to sleep.

Worst experience ive had. Will not come back again, not even they were the only hotel left.

Location was good

The check in was unwelcoming and bad, Cindy the manager was unprofessional and unpleasant. They made 3 different debits on the cards. 3 identical charges and when we informed them they specifically said “ it was the system, automated” . This by far the worst experience I’ve had. And when checking out, we confronted them with this issue, and they were of no help. We missed our scheduled time of leave by 2 hours just because of this issue which really did not make any sense. If it wasn’t for this issue, i might have given this stay and place a 5-6 out of 10.

Spacious and clean

The suite was large but sparsely furnished and decorated. There was literally half of the sitting room unused due to a lack of furniture. The addition of a desk and lamp would due wonders for the hotel. Also the rooms are dark.

Great area close to shopping and the SNA airport. Great staff and quiet. Rooms were nice and clean.

Five stars!

I’d like to first say, me and my wife have stayed at several hotel properties and hands down this has been one of the best experiences. The room was clean, property well kept, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Our visit was a staycation but we would definitely recommend this location.
