A 4 star property at 2 star prices..
I loved everything about this place. There’s nothing that you could say that’s negative.
9.0
Very close to home during power outage-clean/accommodating
mattress really needs replacement-uncomfortable.

I found the front desk staff disengaged. A hot tub and pool would be nice. The gym was well appointed. The courtyard was nice.
Front desk staff who checked me in and the overnight staff member were disengaged. Not the level of service I expect from a Marriott property.
1.0
The location
Sheets were dirty& didn’t vacuumed under bed a food crumbs could be seen . changed rooms
Upon second room had a pink pill visible under night stand & coin under bed again they don’t vacuum rooms well obviously.

i like how the property came with a microwave and the faculty gave us plenty of extra towels when we only needed 2. We ordered and King room and it came with a massive bathroom; it was also very clean. The staff was extremely nice and I will definitely be coming back to four points !
the shower structure was weird but i still enjoyed it. the shower doesn’t come with any doors so the water just sprays everywhere in the bathroom. we had to use towels to clean the wet floors.

An excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable
Nothing - really liked it

Staff was nice and helpful.
Noise in room was aweful. A suite is not really a suite.
8.0
Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious
Cups with lids that fit would’ve been nice. A pool also would have been nice. I was expecting a free breakfast but that did not happen. There was no microwave

Nothing about the stay was enjoyable.
The staff was horrible and rude including management. You couldn't take a 10 minute shower without it turning to 30 minutes and losing water multiple times. And they charged me on top of booking for my full stay despite the initial 3 nights being paid for through booking and were extremely rude and made me jump through hoops to get the situation rectified. After which u was hung up on just as I was thanking them for the time/help (the situation was rectified after all) and when I called back I was given quite the rant about how I was harassing the housekeeping and staff (untrue, although i was curt with desk staff in response to the rudeness displayed on there end from the start i never even interacted with anyone besides one desk worker) over a missing item and told that I can take it up with my bank or they will have the police deal with me. (So much for resolved).

the decor!
air conditioner wasn’t working, it was fixed while there

Our room was spacious and very quiet as we were way down the hall. The staff was super helpful. Especially since we were there during an evacuation do to storm conditions in our area, which is why we were there. There was a fair amount of chaos in the lobby but they got us checked in quickly and efficiently.
Our room was fairly cold and the thermostat hard to figure out. It took hours to heat because of the heater was mounted on the ceiling in front of the door so it took forever for the heat to get over into the living area. My husband had to wear one of my long sleeve shirts to keep warm. The bathroom door was a barn door style that slid to open and close. It was heavy and hard to keep closed got my fingers caught in it once. Ouch

Stayed one night during evacuation, staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities were pleasant, if generic. Parking was quite full in the evening; a lot of other evacuees staying at the hotel. Room was reasonably priced but the pet deposit is steep.
There was a lot of noise from the hallway.

we had no heat. the maintenance guy said he couldn’t help. they brought us a space heater which eventually heated our generous room.

I LOVED the bathroom. The shower was huge. The beds were comfortable. The room itself was so spacious. Everything was updated. Great TV. Great staff! I couldn't figure out the heater so the worker came to my room to help me. Family friendly rooms and environment. Great quiet location.
For the price they should atleast offer continental breakfast or to go breakfast.

Good location. Great parking garage. Staff was helpful.
4 times during our week there the water in the bathroom sink didn't work for short periods of time.
This facility is suffering from 'pandemic hangover'. Understaffed, lacking training, room service is scheduled on a 3 day rotation and restaurant/bar was weak and overpriced. Premium prices mediocre product.
2.0
1) Bath sink to high, 2) Bath sink water went to a trickle while shaving, 3) Friday night's table had the same pretzel crumbs on it Saturday morning, 4) bed table lamp shutoff switch not easily reachable from bed

Spacious bathroom but no where to put you toiletries or place to prop foot to shave legs.
There is not enough lighting in the room. We had to take a cold shower because the boiler was broken. No offer of price reduction or gree breakfast or anything.

Contemporary interiors.
I chose this property because it had 4 suites with soaker tubs. Upon making my reservation I called the property to request one of these rooms. I was instructed to call back a day or so before arrival to get one; I'd already booked the appropriate room type and thought it would be simple to get the soaker tub room assigned the day before. Again I was told it couldn't be guaranteed and it was essentially first come, first serve. So I arrived early the day of check-in. I was the only one at the desk and got nothing but push-back. If they wouldn't assign in advance, how could it already be assigned as rooms were still being cleaned. The staff said they didn't know if the soaker tub king suites were ready as they were still being cleaned by staff. After 30 minutes of back and forth attempting to understand this nonsense, I requested they call me when a suite was available and go have lunch. I returned a couple hours later, no call and no soaker tub king suite! Tired of what appeared to be the run-around, I took the room they'd tried to give me at the onset on the ground floor. My wife and I prepared to shower only to realize the shower soap dispenser had not been refilled by housekeeping; had to get dressed to go to the front desk because..., when I called to alert them of the issue I was immediately put on infinite hold... greater than 10 minutes. I was given an apology a new bottle of shower body wash and the promise that housekeeping get a memo to make sure the shower bottles are full. IMHO it's the manager who checks housekeeping's proclamation that the room is ready for check-in.
Worst $300 for a hotel room I've spent in some time and I've stayed at a few Four Points and have never been so disappointed. Don't know why this went sideways.
