Minus the toilet and ac, everything was perfect.

Very nice stay. Was very happy

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. When the AC kicks on it is VERY loud. You can hear the sheet metal from the plenum flexing when the air pressure changes. When genuinely thought there were planes flying low or a highway nearby from how loud it was.

Lack of communication, no reservation, not an executive room with a view.

The Hotel.

When I arrived they did NOT have my reservation. They attempted to tell me it was under the name Knox John as I suspect they were making up for it. I was placed in an executive room with NO view and next to the Ice Machine so heard that all evening. Also, despite paying for breakfast was charged when my wife and I ate there.

Beautiful Great Smelling Hotel. Front Desk Staff were amazing and room was spacious.

The breakfast waffles were delicious. The pool was small but nice. Overall, the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. Excellent front desk staff and easy parking. The room was large.

The only observation, not even a complaint. Was that you walk through the area where conferences are held to get to the pool. This would be awkward if a conference was happening. Luckily one was not happening during our stay.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. The staff hotel is absolutely amazing overall, you are walking distance to many local restaurants. You are also close by Ohio State University, if you are visiting family at the University and were to go to an OSU football game, the football stadium is close enough to walk to! There is an ATM at the hotel some of the hotels I been in Columbus did not have that. Breakfast just be aware it is about an extra $15.00. Also, another thing to be aware of The Residence Inn is right next door in the same building on the right so it may seem confusing but other than that everything was great.

Breakfast felt a little overpriced. Other than that, nothing really, I didn't like. Internet does cost an extra charge unless you have a Bonvoy number or unless you use Booking.com or Experian. If you are going to stay here I recommend getting a Bonvoy membership because they will ask for that to help avoid some of the extra charges.

It was great!

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and even bacon! The hotel was very clean. The check in and out process was extremely easy.

The location was the only thing for me because it is more downtown and when we come to Columbus it is to go to the Polaris mall. It is only about 15 minutes away though. There isn't really anything to do around the hotel.

Would stay here again, was very clean and staff was very professional and nice.

Liked that the room was clean and comfortable.

With the room we were first assigned, the TV did not work. Maintenance staff tried to fix the problem, however they were unable to fix it. We were moved to another room promptly.

The room was great but the front desk host was unprofessional and we were placed in a room that was very noisy due to it

When we arrived, the front desk host was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us while we were waiting for more than 10 minutes. Then, we were put in a room beside the 24-hour fitness center and people were leaving late in the night and talking very loudly, making it very hard to sleep.

Conveniently located close to Ohio stadium, THE place to stay when going to events.

By far the nicest hotel in the area, worth the cost. Front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.

Wonderful. My Son graduated College with his Masters degree and the hotel made our stay great!!!

Everything was wonderful. I wish I had time to get in the pool but didn’t. The outside sitting area was marvelous.

Pool could have stayed opened a bit later like 11pm

the lobby and location was good.

The bed sheets were dirty, like old dirty ragged bed sheets. the room was not a 4 star by any standard not even a three star. The shower was slow and ridiculous with a lot of sounds but barely throwing water. The room furniture was dented. How is that ok for a 4 star hotel. In in one of my friends room the curtain was missing. it was completely missing. The guy woke up to sun blazing on his face at 6:30.
