The Niwot Inn was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It was enjoyable to be a ways out of a city in a tiny little village. The Inn itself was decorated beautifully with Southwestern style furniture to match the architecture, beautiful photos on the walls, and fine touches and Knick knacks that made it feel like you were visiting someone’s home.
We were traveling with 4 adults, and they gave us adjoining rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the fireplace would be lovely on a chilly night, and the room has lots of places for luggage and seating. The bathroom had rock accents and fluffy white towels. The toiletries were high quality.
There were lovely seating areas on the front porch and behind the building- and a jigsaw puzzle for guests to enjoy.
Wi-Fi was very good and the network was secure.
Breakfast was a light continental breakfast - frittata, granola, fruits and yogurts. Tea and coffee were available all the time. They set out cookies or Sweet Dreams teacups in the evenings. Very thoughtful touches!
We liked everything about the inn.

Very peaceful. Well maintained. Restful calm environment. Staff was amazing!!! The sheets were outstanding and the bed was comfortable. I would be more than happy to go back and stay on our next trip to Colorado. They have a lot of “small” touches that make you feel welcome. Wine/Cheese, Tea at bedtime, cookies, games. The Italian place next door is delicious. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Best sister trip we have taken!
The only thing was the variety at breakfast. It would be nice to have another hot item.

Good location in the centre of town with restaurants nearby. The building and rooms are stunning, more reminiscent of a ski chalet.

Cutest little Inn in the cutest little town of Niwot outside of Boulder. Enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. More than just a continental breakfast. Close to the Shelby American Museum which we came to see. Comfortable room, nicely decorated. I loved the towels. I might have to find some like that somewhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a beautiful place and loved our stay.
No shoes curtain in bathroom and the bed was a bit short for my brother.

Such a quaint and cozy in. There was a delicious breakfast waiting for us every morning, wine and cheese from 5 to 6 PM and chamomile tea sitting out before bed. Everything was considered to make the guests comfortable. Exceptional stay is an understatement

First Room was next to the parking lot, front door, and stairs. Although the room is fairly well insulated, I found myself waking up often the first night. Upstairs room couldn't have been better. I appreciated that the AC was turned to good cooling before I checked in! Breakfast was above average.

Breakfast was decent although we didn't eat much due to dietary restrictions but it was a nice spread. They did a wine and cheese tasting when we arrived which was nice, although we also don't drink so it was lost on us but would be a nice perk for those that like wine. The room was beautiful and cozy. My wife now wants a heated toilet seat. I don't know where this luxury has been my whole life. Overall nice calm get away place near Boulder.
The location isn't perfect. It is right next to a pizza shop that I think has a raccoon problem. We could hear them trying to break into the trash and setting off an alarm during the night. It was summer so we had the windows open and I assume that led to it being more noticeable if it had been winter and the windows were closed. Other than that the stay was amazing and the staff super friendly.

Very calm environment. The room had great furniture. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The bed was fine for me, but my wife found it uncomfortable.

Spa and massages are great
They lock the front door early sometimes, and staff isn't 24/7. Don't forget your key or you'll get locked out (maybe ask for 2 keys)

Friendly staff. Large room and bathroom.
Few restaurants in the area.

The bathroom was beautiful with a great steam shower. Very comfortable linens. Nice wood decor in the rooms. Enjoyed the wine & cheese happy hour.
The budget breakfast was really disappointing. Even with coronavirus restrictions there would have been ways to make it a tad special, either by using local products or including some home-baked items. Instead it was similar to what you'd be served on an airplane. It really didn't fit the vibe of the inn.
