Wasn’t the best place but a decent price I guess

That it was a house with a full kitchen and laundry room

Disappointing

Location

1 Muggy 2 Mold in windows and child has severe allergies 3 No air flow. Couldn’t open windows without screens as there was bees everywhere that would fly in. 4 very old outdated zero updates pain chips all over marks on walls etc some minimal pain and updates would improve it a ton. 5 fan didn’t work 6 Living room light switch work 7 Kids bedroom tv didn’t work 8. Bird nests all over with poop all over siding floors etc outside.

We had my daughters on the beach. I had a wonderful time this weeekend.

Location was fantastic. No food was supplied.

The cost was very high for the accommodations.

10/10 would visit again and plan to in the future

The location is ideal, close to shops and the beach. The fully stocked kitchen was also very helpful

There was no dustpan for the broom

Great stay

It was very clean and none of the bedding or towels Smelled. My children loved the house and it was big and roomy for me and my 3 kids.

Cozy little house, we weren't there very much, but it worked. Is very affordable comparatively.

The beds were very comfy. Lots of extra blankets. Very clean. Liked the roku on the tv. Not too far from the beach.

No hangers in closet, plus no dressers to put clothes. No dust pan for broom. No sink stopper for kitchen sink. Outdated decor. No garbage can outside. Access to only one house key. Three lock boxes but only one worked with the code given. Very inconvenient having only one key and three adults. TV in bedroom didnt work. Misleading saying it is beachfront, a row of houses, a road, then the hotels on the beach, are between the house and the beach.

it was very homey!

the amenities list and the property did not match what was there. the tv functions were difficult and was missing a remote to operate.

It had heat

Mold, roof leaked, sink leaked, no TVs in bedrooms, 1 tv was blurry, no hot water, hard to get ahold of anyone, washer was moldy, pool was closed which was never stated, no refund, smelled musty, carpets need shampooed

Nice beach house close to everything you need!

very cozy, reminded me of my great aunts house. I loved all the stuff that was there, from the games to vhs tapes, along with a well supplied kitchen. we brought along a lot of things we didn’t need, like a crock pot and griddle. everything we would have needed was provided. it was perfect! The place seems very old, but updated with amenities that make it comfortable. Lots of charm!

my only complaint would be how drafty the place is. it wouldn’t have been an issue had the power stayed on. On our last night, the power went out with the rest of the town, for nearly 18 hours during a winter storm. The temps in the place dropped very quickly and we ended up making a hasty retreat early in the morning. Luckily, there were plenty of extra blankets! That being said, it was definitely no fault of anyone, just reflecting on our experience. Also, I am curious what he substance is that’s on every fan driven vent in the place. whether it’s the heaters or the provided fan. Not a problem, but aesthetically unpleasant, lol.

Please refund our exorbitant cleaning fee - it's only fair.

Convenient location. Good basic room rate.

Cleaning fee was WAY too much for the cleanliness of the property - garbage at the entrance, dirt in all of the corners, heater vents are filthy, big stains on the carpets/rugs, and unfinished wall repairs. Insufficient electrical outlets. No directions on TV operation (6 remotes & no instructions) - had to have the local Vacasa guy come over & figure it out. Also, the shower could use some operational instructions.

House reminded me of Grandma's house with aging furniture and decor

Spacious, laundry, warm, comfortable bed.

Got charged a $140 cleaning fee as part of the booking process, but quite disappointed when kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned very well.

Loved cooking our own meals in a cozy, homey setting. Fun time.

Central to hamlet, beach less than a block away, lots of kitchen equipment, good working range, washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Roomy and cozy considering it was a vintage facility. Lovely front/side porch. Large dining table. Lots of linens.

Heat in bathroom (and fan) and dining room not in working order. Dishwasher normally was fine but ran until midnight one time. Carpet in main bedroom soiled. Right electrical outlet in kitchen not functioning even after reset checked.
