Owner was great. Location was awesome. Room was large. Beds were comfortable.
Stairs were hard to navigate with heavy bags.

we recieved the "dream catcher" room, which is more or less a renovated basement.
the view from the room was basically a wooden fence.
the road is quite near and the traffic noise is a bit disturbing.
the bed was quite small and way too bouncy, had a couple of rough nights.
all in all - dissapointing.

quaint, quiet and unique!
hard to see the driveway at night.

Quiet, with well-thought out amenities: microwave, dishes, etc. The hot tub was really welcome. Decor in room was nice Santa-Fe style. Owner was very accomodating and friendly, the most important thing at a place like this.
The facilities are a bit run-down: decks, grounds, etc. Noise from upstairs was noticeable. Location is quite a ways from town and up a poor dirt road. I had expected a substantial Inn instead of a smallish house with several rooms for guests. However, if that's what you're looking for, it would be fine.

Stayed in the first floor king suite with a private deck. Very comfortable and large. Our hostess, Maria, very kindly helped get surprise flowers, along with a bonus bottle of wine, for my wife to the inn before we arrived. Thank you so much Maria!!! Definitely recommend the Kokopelli In for a great weekend getaway!!

It was beautiful! My room was amazing! I had my own patio. Maria was very personable and made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. This is one of the nicest places I have ever been!
There was nothing about this place that I didn't like

Snack and coffee were nice.

The room that we stayed in for 2 days was the most homeest feeling ever. The room is very clean And the staff and owners very pleasant and nice people to talk with we would definitely stay in this establishment again
My husband and I are both handicapped handicap it would be great to see some handicap handles handles in the shower

I loved the hospitality and the fact that there were snacks and coffee in the room.
There was nothing that I did not like.

The owners is inn or extremely friendly kind and caring about each and every little detail making sure we were absolutely comfortable and had everything we could possibly want.
4.3
Bed was comfy and warm. Nice to stay out of town a bit. Breakfast was a nice morning snack but nothing too special. You are better off heading into town for a local coffee shop or big breakfast.
Road noise took away from the atmosphere and makes the upgrade to the deck not really worth it. Also I got the general sense that the room and property is in need of a refresh. It felt a little worn down.

It is very quiet, even being on a main road. The mountain views were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that there was DirectTV, it was nice to have something to watch before bed each night. I was greeted when I came, and the proprietor let me check in very early, made sure I knew how to get into town, and gave helpful suggestions for my stay.
The property could get a lot of mileage out of a WiFi extender. I knew not to expect great WiFi, but my room was on the lowest level and had a hard time reaching. I ended up having to go into town twice just to be able to check my work email.
I also didn't realize there were going to be so many stairs, I would have requested a different room had I known.
It is wonderful that the breakfast gets delivered to you each morning, but there wasn't a clear way to indicate any dietary restrictions and as such I wasn't really able to eat most if not anything from the breakfast each morning and went into town instead.
The check-out procedure wasn't clear. You have to be out earlier than other places (by 1000), and when I went to leave, no one was around to take my key or finalize anything, so I just left my key near the front door. There was also some dog excrement on the walkway next to the parking spots when I left.

We were warmly welcomed and rooms were cozy. Wonderful location!!
No flatware to eat our breakfast.
4.3
The location was peaceful. The room was charming. Mostly, we enjoyed the warm and wonderful conversations with the owner of the inn. She provided us with local information and made this stay a favorite part of a long road trip.

Nice and cozy room.
Room not well cleaned.

Breakfast was good, brought to room.
Too hot in room

The location and value were highlights. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that our room has its own outdoor patio with a 2-person swing and a table.
I get the distinct impression that the owners are trying to sell the inn and are possibly cutting corners on some niceties due to that or Covid. Little things like missing tissue boxes, extremely thin toilet paper, low quality/generic amenities, missing hair conditioner and mealy apples. It was just a bit sad.

Loved the room, comfortable bed, great to-go breakfast
