Wonderful stay, great food and fantastic host

Very good location for getting to the centre of Bologna. Nice restaurants in local area. Very clean and comfortable. Serena the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful base from which to explore Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region!

Everything was wonderful! Don't hesitate to book this apartment. So, so clean. Shower pressure was amazing, air-conditioning worked really well, washing machine was super easy to use, we used the coffee machine multiple times, and we slept wonderfully. Serena is a godsend hostess - super responsive, really helpful, and her food recommendations are gold. We had one of our best meals in Italy at Trattoria Il Tartufo just a few doors away.

Great Apartment for visiting Bologna.

Great quiet and secure location less than 10 minutes walk away from the station and the same to the city centre. Spacious and clean with everything you need for a short or even long stay. Close to some lovely restaurants and easy access to supermarkets. Communication and tips by the host were excellent. Have already recommended to others when visiting Bologna.

Only small negative was noise from other apartments but this is no different to staying in any accommodation and was only for short periods of time and during the day.

hi travelers I highly recommend this apartment. Serena, a property manager is so kind and try to be there for you. the place is 4-5 minutes walk from the Centro station and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Room we stayed was a nice maisonette. comfy and enough space for two (myself and my daughter). Kitchen is functional, beds are big and wifi works so fine. but if you are party animal, then this is the wrong spot for you :) I would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Bologna!! The most perfect spot in Bologna.

Our host was most wonderfull, she gave us a warm welcome and she was very helpfull! The appartment is very nice and clean and has the perfect location. Nice quiet place but near station, bus and city centre.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The apartment (on 2 floors) is very close to Piazza Maggiore, but also very close to the train station (a maximum 10 minute walk). A supermarket and a bistro-bar are just across the street. Serena was so kind to us, she is always there to help you. She even gave us, in advance, some suggestions of places to visit and where we can find good food. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna thanks to her! We also had a late flight at the arrival and Serena accepted a late check-in, which was a big plus.

Serena was very friendly and helpful and attentive to our comfort. The apartment was very well maintained and provided all of the necessities for leisure and cooking. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location was great for seeing all of the sights in Bologna as well as for getting to the train station.

Great location and clean. Easy access to trains, buses, and restaurants. All we needed for a month stay. Serena and family are wonderful, she responds immediately to any request you may have.

Excellent flat. I would come back.

The location is extremely good. Close to train station, walking distance to central area and old town. Grocery store is very convenient. Amenities for everything very close.

I found the bed to be very firm. Personal preference would be for foam topper. Just what I am used to. Others might think differently.

We had a wonderful stay in Brugge at Serena’s apartment. It is very walkable to the train station for quick trips out of town to Modena and Parma and also walkable to all restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sites in Bologna. Excellent gelato within 2 blocks! Serena was very helpful in suggesting local restaurants and a pharmacy for our Covid test prior to departure. Her mom was very nice as well! The separate bedroom and bath downstairs was very comfortable, quiet and cool. AC and shower worked well. Kitchen facilities were adequate for breakfast and lunch meals as we ate out mostly for dinner. It was a nice quiet place to relax after touring.

Perfect place for a stay in Bologna

Wonderful apartment in perfect location between the train station and the historic city centre. Quiet location with very nice restaurants nearby which I would recommend. Host was extremely helpful, organising to get us a pizza on our late night arrival and admin stuff with our train trip. Her restaurant recommendations were also excellent.

A brilliant stay in a fantastic foodie city.

Very spacious; on 2 levels. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Great location, 10 minutes from the central railway station and 15 from the main square. Serena is wonderful. A perfect host. Allowed us a late check out and booked our taxi to the airport. She lives in the same apartment block. Supermarket and excellent coffee shop 3 minutes away.

Great city to visits

Quiet location but only 20 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. Lots of good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. close to the station. The apartment is spacious and has a private courtyard.

Even better than the photos

The location was absolutely ideal with the centre being within quick and easy walking distance whilst still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was bigger than expected with a really cool split level layout, and had everything that we needed and more. And Serena was super lovely and helped make our stay in Bologna so perfect. Grazie Mille

The bed could have been a bit more comfy - we could feel the springs. We improved this by placing the provided blankets under the bed sheet to pad it out a bit and all was fine.
