Great views, but the property is just okay.

The view from the back porch was beautiful.

The A/C could not properly cool the property. We were in an 81° cabin until the temp finally dropped around midnight on our first night. The grill had 2 empty propane tanks so we also had to cook in the already hot room.

This cabin was very nice. The VIEW was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely book again

This is a nice place to stay, but costly for the time that we were actually able to be there.

The cabin was nice and clean. I beds are very comfortable and having a hot tub, pool and air hockey tables, and dart board made our stay more enjoyable.

I had to call to get the key code when we were on our way because it was not sent to me. Also, we had to check out at 10:00 which made everything more difficult with the tournament. I requested a late checkout but was told no because they said there was another booking. Check-ins are not until 4, I do not feel like an 11:00 check-out would have been too much to agree to.

I like that there was responsive staff and that it was comfortable

I could hear everything that anyone did in any other room including the pull out couch upstairs it was so loud we couldn’t rest.

Very comfortable beds! Lots of the games/arcade/air hockey table, etc. Very spacious. Beautiful cabin overall!

No instructions for remotes, fireplace, whirlpool. No 9v battery in entire cabin to replace for beeping smoke detector. Had to tape up a towel over it our last night to be able to sleep in room and could still here beeping. While searching for a battery, found folded dirty diaper under one of the beds. The heating of the cabin wasn't consistent throughout. The rooms stayed super warm while the living room area stayed colder.

Everyone really loved the game room and I loved the Christmas decor the whole place felt really homey.

The grill is a bit older took some time to start it but eventually it did start.

Peaceful Log Cabin Stay with Great Views

The fabulous view from the rocking chairs & porch swing on the covered back porch added so much to our lovely stay. We also enjoyed the games room upstairs and listening to the crickets at night from the hot tub. The house was very charming with all the wood walls and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Its far enough away from the Vegas Strip of Pigeon Forge so you feel like you are in the peaceful countryside of the Smoky Mountains. We much preferred Wears Valley and surrounding towns for restaurants and shops. For easy hikes I highly recommend the Tremont hike on the way to Cades Cove and also the more crowded but beautiful Laurel Falls hikes.

The hot tub outside the bedroom facing the deck kept us up when it would turn on for good periods of time throughout the night. Suggestions: The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be flipped because they have a lump in the middle causing you to nearly roll off the beds edges. Also a quilted cotton mattress pad on top of the slick mattress encasement would keep the fitted sheets from sliding around whenever you turn over. The grill outside had not been cleaned in quite some time so we used foil to BBQ on top of.

The view and the cabin was excellent . we love the fact that we had everything we needed was in there. the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with

just how the upstairs had the games and it should have been an additional bathroom separate from the rooms

This cabin is perfect for all ages!!

The lay out of this cabin was perfect for our family. The loft was great for those wanting to play while other relaxed down stairs. Also the bedrooms on the main floor were great for my 87 year old grandmother. The view was great, the hot tub was amazing, and it was very clean! The location was also very convenient! This cabin made everybody happy from my 87 year old grandmother to my 11 year old son!! We would definitely stay again!

There was absolutely nothing to change!!

beautiful and great for family fun. very disappointed with the mouse problem.

It has very beautiful decorations, lots of games for family and kids. It also had a beautiful porch. the beds were super comfortable and the kitchens appliances, etc, were stocked nicely.

They obviously had a mouse problem, mouse poop everywhere including the fold out sofa. we got there late at night and I had to clean the pull out beds of chips and mouse poop before my children could go to bed. the second bedroom bed had black hair in it so we had to clean that too. we stayed for 6 days and there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels,and 3 trash bags. we had to go make a trip to supply the cabin.

Family love!

The views, alot of things for the grandkids to do while the rest of us could catch up! The home was clean and well maintained!

The neighbors partying and fighting until 2am!! A different company runs that home so it's not a critique of this home! The coffee was awful!

Exceptional

Absolutely everything. The view was amazing, the cabin was super neat and organized, there was all kinds of board games and all the TV's had DVD players and cable, and the hot tub was fantastic.

We enjoyed everything and loved every part of this cabin. It would have been nice to receive the gate code and door code before we arrived but we had to call and ask for the code when we got there.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The view from the deck and hot tub was amazing!!!

Shower faucet was broke in the one bathroom. Also the dishwasher rack was broken and the airhockey table was in pretty bad shape.

Girls family retreat

We loved everything about our cabin, it was awesome inside and out, it had everything you could possibly need or want for comfort and fun, beautiful furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the game room and the wrap around porch, the seating and view from the porch was great!

There was nothing to dislike.
