Clean and comfortable

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice (especially Aretha). I was impressed with the breakfast spread and all the amenities at the gym.

I called before booking to confirm there was a pool, only to learn upon arrival that the pool was closed for remodeling. This was very disappointing as we chose this hotel so my son and his four cousins could swim over Christmas.

We've stayed there many times. It's always clean and staff are courteous and helpful.

We left our room around 9 Fri morning and returned around 6 pm to find that our room had not been cleaned. Also, the toilet paper was akin to sand paper without all the sand, therefore, making it even more inept at it's intentional use

I was unable to turn the light off above the coffee alcove which I found to be bothersome. The room was stuffy whenever it turned off. There was no option for a constant fan. I would have like to have had HULU and amazon prime as channel choices. Would be nice if the store area in the lobby offered adult beverages. Beer or wine would be nice.

I like that they try to make an effort to change the breakfst menu.

TEsla charging station broken and only one. The worst coffee machine! please invest on a Nespresso coffee machine. Provide water station for your costumer at the reception would be nice.

beautiful lobby and serene room decor. rooms are very clean and comfortable.

the walls are really thin, so you hear people in the adjacent rooms as well as in the hallway, even when they’re just opening and closing their doors.

Wonderful hotel with amazing accomodations!

The room was large, beautiful, and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. They had a variety of choices for breakfast and the indoor pool was a huge hit with my kids!

I didn't like having to check out after a wonderful weekend!!

I booked the room for the bathtub as advertised. Upon arrival I had to ask to get a room with the bathtub, which was on the top floor. Bed was super firm as well. Tv was only available only if you have a streaming service account already.

Superb

Close to freeway but still quiet. Clean, comfy, nice staff. Great for a one-nighter halfway between Pullman and Seattle.

Far from town but then Moses Lake is not all that exciting. Pool is small—don’t plan on swimming any laps! Sofa bed not that comfy but are they ever?
