Location is beautiful!
Enough room for comfort.
Nice lady owns property.
Facilities are adequate.
Some irritating noise from people in unit above.

Beautiful location. water view, on ground level. Peaceful and well located. Everything was as pictured.
There was lots to do nearby.
The price was reasonable, and the host is accommodating.
I had to buy a few basic items that are normally provided: scrubber, coffee filters, soap, Kleenex.Nominal, but still.

This condo was perfect and very clean. I loved how clean it smelled. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. The porch out the back was perfect to sit in the evening and watch the dolphins đŹ play while we listened to the music from the Seabreeze Restaurant. Laura was very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely stay again because it was quiet and close to everything.

Very clean and comfortable. The place is just as described, location was awesome. Back porch faced the bay, cross the street and you are at the beach. Several restaurants and bars near by. Laura was quick to respond.
Could use some updating, but very comfortable.

Quiet and relaxing on the bay!

The owner provided a clean, quiet, safe apartment for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful table to dine at. The back patio was large and comfortable. A grill was provided for bbq. Laura was pleasant to talk to. We enjoyed our time here and will most definitely visit again, in the future.

Restaurant close by. View on the bay beautiful.
The bed was two feet away from bathroom. Awkward during the night. Bed should be better centred in room.
Tv's too small. Lazyboys should be in the main room and rockers in the first room. Curtains at the front don't close. They didn't leave me a broom and dustpan to sweet floor. The owner next door did maintenance in our
back yard when we are out. Just felt awkward while they were there.

It offered a great view of the marina. There were three restaurants close by to eat that I could easily walk to.
She text me two hours before I was to arrive to text my drivers license and to agree to her long list of rules which I had no way of seeing. She expected it to be done before I checked in. This should had been done earlier in the day or the day before. If I would had been driving to the location, I couldn't have responded. She only responded to my text if she wanted to. I let her know what time I was leaving on day of check out and got no response. I should have gotten a response out of common courtesy.
The keys were in the unit when I arrived, she text me that she would meet me when I got there to help. I never saw her. I was travelling by myself and really would have appreciated the help with my luggage.
I was appalled at the three and a half pages (typed single spaced) of rules and being told not to be a nuisance during 'quiet time' which was from 10 pm until 8 am. So if you make any noise this place is not for you. There is an upstairs unit that you have to listen to people walking across the floor. I felt on edge with the lengthy rules and not totally comfortable. Also, if you leave the lights on when you are out of the unit she wants to charge you $100, if you leave the sliding patio door open she wants to charge you $100 for each occurence. $15 if a towel is missing regardless of size, if I can afford to stay here I can buy my own towels! I don't need to take any. Totally absurd.
There was a one inch hole in the bottom sheet along with many small holes. It was really raggedy.
To go to the beach you have to cross Gulf Blvd which is busy and walk down a side street. It isn't as close as I thought it would be.
Personally, the decorations weren't what you would expect when you are at the beach. It had tuscany style decor with heavy furniture and dining chair with seats that were dirty and uncomfortable.

the location was awesome close to all amenities
didnât supply shampoo, conditioner and bars of soap like hotels do but we bought some

the recliners didnât recline, but that was not a big deal

Location was great, surrounding amenities awesome.
Unit is old and dated. back patio needs yard work and updates. Front yard trees famililar to little shops of horror, I guess because i have allergies not pleasant. front of unit faces busy street and no way to have privacy, curtains are see through. Again ref my allergies, mildew around ac vents caused periodic coughing. guest above noisy with heavy walking and moving things. Stained chairs, and bedroom curtains need clip to mclose for privacy.
Basically looks like added inlaw quarters attatched to home.

It was like paradise! We sat out in the back yard and watched fish and birds feed. A dolphin came by to visit in the morning. Walking distance to your choice of restaurants. Gorgeous sunset and sunrise.

This apartment was very very clean and relaxing. You walk like 2 block and u are on the beach. You can eat all your meals on a cover porch that u see water. It's very magical. You can walk to go to eat. Thank you
It was wonderful. The apartment is great. The traffic in Florida is horrible

I like the view from the bedroom. Also had plenty of clean towels. The kitchen, living room look acceptable.
I did not like the were no cleaning supplies. No broom or a mop. There were no clean sheets in the closets. I have stayed in other homes they always provided clean sheets especially if you stay for 4 nights. The bathroom, everything look old and worn. Shower rod had rust, shower curtain was short. Toilet seat was crack on top, also rust on air vents. Walls need to be painted. The bed, top sheet and pillow look clean but bottom skirt was dirty.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Backyard is directly on the bay, with wonderful views and dolphin sightings thru the day.
The adjacent restaurant has a bit of a loud outside patio. Road noise from the frontage road, although we spent most days exploring the area.

The harbor view is awesome. Walk to the Gulf. Location is great. Nice european style furniture.
I called owner 3 times at 10 minute intervals waiting in the driveway. No answer and voicemail full. I followed instructions to do so to meet. Finally had spouse call and owner answered. Turns out apartment was open and keys on table. Sheets on the bed were too small and had to ask for different ones.

Location was good. Nice view of the bay in the back. Morning sunrise in back. Sun on grass / Shade under deck. Saw dolphins. Lots of birds. Designated parking spot. Beach access was directly across the street. Very short walk through a residential area to beach. Kitchen was useful. Owner was polite and doesnât bother you even though she lives on location.
The property grounds needed some attention. A bit overgrown. For a rental property youâd think it would have been better maintained. Outdoor furniture was showing signs of rust. BBQ needed to be maintained (dirty).

Close to ocean and next to a water I inlet. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable as well as furniture. Good value. Kitchen had a stove and microwave.
Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Perhaps an oversight. Had to ask two more times for more. It would have been nice to have a broom in the apartment as well as a plunger.
