I brought my grandchildren to the beach before the start of school.

The microwave worked for 1 day. The oven didnt work at all. I purchased food to cook for my family and I couldnt prepare it. It took forever to get an elevator.

Very good

The location and scenery was nice. The staff constantly cleaned the outside area like clock work. The site had security who constantly walked. The Tiki bar was also very nice and affordable with a wide range of drinks.

I can't say I had any deal breakers towards the future. My room was nice, but in the future, I think they should consider changing out the restroom rugs between guests to avoid guests experiencing damp rugs from previous visits/cleaning of the unit. Other than that, I can honestly say I plan to use Grand Panama much more in the future.

The view

Very little decor and furniture, floors were dirty, maintenance man came into condo during our stay for a sink and we never asked for any maintenance. Had a room of girls and that was very uncomfortable and could have waited. Not worth what we paid. No resort bracelets. We have stayed with Grand Panama several times and this was the worst by far.

This was a nice vacation rental with great views.

I loved the location and the view.

We had difficulty using the televisions. We were unable to change the channels and actually had to log into our personal streaming account to watch television.

The blood on the towel and lack of cleaniness was a huge turn off. I will not be back.

The living room couch,chair and rugs were dirty and not sanitized. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. In addition there was blood on what was supposed to be on a clean towel in the master bathroom. Totally disgusting because I used the towel before noticing the blood.

I would highly recommend!

The room was right on the beach, it was clean and wonderfully decorated with beautiful views, close to everything, dining, shopping anything you might need.

The only thing was the shower pan is slippery, need a mat or some texture on the floor pan.

When I walked in my condo I was hit with the smell of mold. It was through out the whole condo. I didn't reach out to let them know, they said they would send someone out put I'm not sure if that ever happened due to us not waiting to stay in the condo all day.

The room was amazing. Spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Location was on point.

The air conditioner in our room wouldn't get below 73 (we were there 2 days and set it to 65) and there arent enough elevators to accommodate the amount of guests it would hold. So waiting on an elevator took forever (would have taken the stairs but we were on the 11th floor)

Everything was excellent. The view, location, beach access, the pool/hot tub, & especially the TIKI BAR.

The floors could’ve been cleaner so we could walk around barefoot. Only other frustration was people would overcrowd the elevators & cause them to break down so it took forever waiting on one.

Cute room, good for any occasion

We chose the hotel because of the fitness room, my boys loved it. Very Clean, loved the balcony. Having a washer & dryer in the room was so nice. Plenty of room for us.

There were no sheets for the pull out sofa and we never could get the TV in the living room to work so had to hang out in the bedroom in the evening. The chairs by the beach that you could rent were almost on top of each other. Not sure why the weren't spaced out a bit. Heated pool was closed and the other pool was cold.
