We traveled to Aosta for the weekend. Went skiing to Pila. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city center in the evening and go skiing during the day. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh and delicious. The room was specious. Great value for money. Thank you for your hospitality.
The view of the room. But everything else was great.
4.2
Super nice staff and delicious breakfast with a large variety of options. Great location, near to the bus and train stations, the city center and restaurants. We were able to visit the city only on foot.

Breakfast is everything you might expect, stuff is very friendly, room and view are great
Floors are cold so to have slippers would be nice but it's very minor

We stayed during a HEAT WAVE in Vale D'Osta and like many hotels in that area they are not fully equipped for high temperatures so during the night the room was toot hot to handle. Apart this the Hotel offers a safe and specious parking, but is good to advise the host before that you have a car as car spaces are limited.
Breakfast, location and hospitality are superb. Hosts will go out of their way to helpful. Worth the money.

The breakfast was very good, a real variety of foods including cakes, muesli, fresh fruit, breads, dairy products, and stuff for toast and sandwich. Room quiet and central. Big free parking nearby. The front staff are very welcoming and warm.
One of the USB chargers in room worked only if the bedside light was kept on. Maybe a fan would be good to have in summer.

We loved our stay at hotel Roma! The facilities and room are perfectly clean. The staff is superfriendly and the breakfasts was delicious. We started there forntwo separate nights and were able to leave some luggage there between both nights without any problem. The hotel is close to the center and we slept really Well. Would definitely go back!

welcoming staff at the reception and the restaurant.

Perfect! Everything was great. Especially the staff. The lady and gentleman in the front office are amazingly friendly and kind. Exemplary customer service. 5 Star service. The room was also really big and spacious and the bathroom was clean.
Well, the place might be just a little old so some things are a bit rusty or old. And for the value of a hundred usd a night you might expect a bit more modern things. Still, overall the stay was perfect. The place was clean and spacious. The best part is the Staff People are friendly and welcoming. Lovely.

Breakfast was quite nice, especially the lemon curd tart. The hotel is very conveniently located to the city center and to a big public parking. If you reserve, parking inside the hotel's garage works fine as well with a normal-sized car. Check-in was polite and fast.
The room simply is a little bit dated, which reduces the comfort a bit. That wouldn't matter much to me though - you see what you get from the room pictures. However, the view isn't as nice as suggested by the pictures (except from one room per floor), and while it's a nice thought to install a USB socket next to the bed, it wasn't a good idea to eliminate regular sockets there. I have a USB-C cable and therefore found myself without a convenient power outlet. Also, for tall people, the bed would be absolutely too short.

Location: very close to the Porta Praetoria
Staff: friendly and helpfull
Breakfast: good quality and diversity
Bed: old and hard matress and thin pillows
No insulation: could hear people on the other rooms and in the hall
No AC in the room

Great staff and a decent breakfast Location was excellent , 200 metres from the old town with plenty of history, bars, restaurants and shops.
Secure underground parking .
5 minutes from the main autoroute to the Monte Bianco tunnel.
Ideal stop over for us as we had driven 12 hours from Southern Italy and had a further 10 hour drive the following day.
The room was dark as you were unable to open the shutter because of being overlooked by the building very close. There was also a very noisy karaoke bar very close but it did go quiet about 10pm.

The staff were delightful - very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were a good size. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just moments away from shops, bars, restaurants and the Roman ruins.
Room was comfortable and clean, but a little dated. Would have liked more shampoo and shower gel.

Great Breakfast, extremely clean room, very good shower, large towels, good location.
