Had a pleasant stay

Breakfast was good. Clean area, fresh food.

First day, was offered egg omelet. I'm not a onion and green pepper person nor do I like omelets. This choice was not good for me.

Not good at all - skip this place, a fake Hilton.

Large room size and located next to shopping and food.

Room was not vacuumed. Stains on the sheets. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was set up in a bad way - hard to see the TV from the beds. Only 2 towels provided for 5 people. Housekeeping did not come during our stay. Breakfast was not served hot. Breads/bakery goods were stale. Fruit was not fresh. Juice tasted bad. Bought a soda from the front desk and it was flat. Rooms need paint. Carpet was torn. No fan in bathroom. Had a cockroach and water bugs in the room. Something crawled across my daughter’s face while we were sleeping.

A great comfortable place

They have a great breakfast and comfortable beds. The AC also works great

The pillows were different from most homewood suites and not as comfortable. The hot water is great in the mornings but the water was luke warm by the evening if you needed to shower

Didn’t sleep well, but everything was clean, the food was good and the staff was nice.

Clean, the complimentary meals were amazing and helped the budget so much!

The beds were uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was always great to wake up to.

Our first floor was big and spacious. High floor ceiling made it feel even bigger.

Restroom could’ve been cleaned. What appeared to be mold was on the corner of restroom ceiling.

My friends and I always stay at this hotel when we come to San Marcos for raves. Location is extremely convenient and walking distance from stores like Spec's, Target, Five Below, etc.; which has been very helpful for last minute essentials. We love how this property is always clean and comfy. The rooms are always able to comfortable accommodate a group of 6 girls getting ready, which is always a chaotic event. Staff is always nice, we never have issues here :) Also, I love that this property locks their doors at night! Makes me feel safe!

We have never had issues here, I have no complaints!

I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay was terrible and We felt unsafe in our room. The desk clerk said she would have the manger call but we have not heard from them.

Hand prints, dirty walls and cabinets, something spilled all over coffee table but not cleaned off. It didn’t feel safe, there was a horrible smell that burned our eyes in the whole hotel, it was hard to stand and made everything smell. At check out they said it was from a factory close by and they had no control over it. There were people running in the hallway and loud noises all night. Other people staying there looked sketchy and as we were trying to turn into the hotel parking from the feeder another guest almost ran us off the road. You could here people having loud sex all night.

Everything was wonderful room was excellent size my family.. Breakfast was always on point with great food and coffee!

Yall need more waffle makers, add 2 more and it should be good. Waited over 30mins just to make one waffle.

don’t use this hotel because the thieves may stole ur car .

I like the hotel but a thief broken the handle of our truck night while we r sleeping, but he didn’t take anything because the truck was empty . we took our luggages and bags to the room . then he didn’t find anything.the property is not safe .
