Don't waste your money absolutely filthy cookie crumbs in windows mildew on shower curtains patio light hanging down with exposed wires honestly should of spent the 600 for one night at a resort instead of there.

Earlier check in would have been nice.
Check in at 4:00 is a bit late and should be anytime after 12:00 since check out is at 10:00
Check out should be 12:00.
And the property mgmt group should be easier to call and extend for a couple more days 🤷🏻‍♂️

Always the view
The thermostat downstairs stopped working, so it got a little cold, but it was near the end of our stay, so I didn’t call anyone.

Easy beach access and excellent views
Older bathrooms, need to change shower head in downstairs bathroom, couple of bugs in downstairs bathroom upon arrival, ladder on bunk bed not secured, and one plug by stove not working.

Mostly clean and next to the water and plenty of space was well worth it, wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately they were booked for the extra days we wanted to stay so we had to leave it sooner.
Plenty of space, close to the beach, great staff!

About as close as you can get to the beach without being on it, Enjoy coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach
Although this is not really a complaint but the doggie door could be a little bit bigger ;)

Location and view extraordinary
Pet friendliness best I’ve seen with doggy door and fencing
Quirky, fun, comfortable
Hadn’t had a deep clean in a long while, the inside of the kitchen drawers, oven, sink area all needed a good scrub

The location to the beach is great! Vacasa was amazing to work with, just wish the house was laid out a little better, seemed very small for the money.
The house layout

The property was great. Located right on the beach with spectacular views. The 3rd floor den is a great addition and very comfortable.
There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property!

THE GOOD -- 1) VIEW - entire back wall is windows, facing a truly unobstructed view of the beach and water. 2) LOCATION - 150 feet from the sand, and far enough from town so that the beach was nearly deserted. Beach is wide and mostly clean. 3) The yard is fenced and there are doggy doors which our Chihuahuas used, so we didn't have to walk them (clean-up bags are provided). 4) The bed was Goldilocks comfy (not too hard, not too soft). 5) The main floor has a covered porch running the whole length, with a great beach view and breeze and lots of chairs and a table. 6) The top floor has a tiny porch with a swing, where the breeze is continuous and the view is fantastic. My favorite spot in the property, perfect if not for the mosquitoes. 7) There is an open shower downstairs for washing off sand, also a hose on the main floor's porch for same. 8) The refrigerator is huge and everything is easy to see, with a convenience drawer for water and drinks. 9) The downstairs laundry/storage room contains a barbeque grill, smoker and portable fire pit. We didn't use them but they all appeared workable. 10) There were more kitchen supplies and cookware than we expected. 11) Except for a burned-out light over the stove, everything seemed to work. 12) Except for some specific items as mentioned, the place was clean, and attractive.
THE BAD -- 1) Hidden pet fee of $10/pet/night, revealed only after we paid & confirmed, although we mentioned the dogs in advance when requesting the reservation & the original receipt had said, "Final price, no surprises." 2) The air conditioning is miserable! Upstairs living room has a fantastic view, 3 sofas and TV, BUT was unbearably hot so we couldn't use it. Every place in the house is either too cold or too hot. Downstairs kitchen-dining-TV-room is OK under the fans but hot in the other half. Kitchen door has no weather-strip & the wind comes through. Bedroom & bathroom were ice cold while the Everything-Else-Room was hot. 3) Internet TV service has free movies with commercials but no local TV stations & no instructions. 4) Cleaning fee is $100, yet we found a used washcloth in the shower, something greasy melted in the stove drawer, wide brown ring in a coffee mug, brown substance stuck to a plate, & something in a skillet which we had to scrub before using. 5) Interior doors are all pocket doors & they mostly stick (I broke 3 nails opening them). 6) Miniature spiral staircase is treacherous! 7) Downstairs seating is uncomfortable. Small sofa is covered with thick vinyl, and you have to constantly turn your head up/sideways to watch TV. You can't lie down because it's too small & arm rests are wooden. Dining chairs are wooden, unpadded, & except for one seat at the dinette, you have to turn your head up/sideways to watch TV. 8) There were 2 of us but if you have a group, note, there are sleeping places for 11 but small dining space seats only 6. Others can eat on the porch with the mosquitoes. 9) Internet service failed on the last night, so we had no TV, no computer access, no way to reach anyone to resolve it. 10) Washing machine only gives you one inch of water, then stops "filling" and starts agitating.
