Breakfast rip off

Great location. Nice room. Very convenient location.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 people with breakfast included. When we came down for breakfast, the staff told us that only one breakfast was included in our room rate. The second person would have to pay. When we complained, the staff said there was nothing they could do. They also said this happens often. Talk about NOT putting the customer first... After breakfast, we checked out feeling we had been cheated.

It’s unfair to pay full price without hot shower and breakfast

The breakfast was included but there was no bfast area. It was a closed Starbucks. It was difficult to figure out what was included and staff was not overwhelmed with orders.

There was no hot waters for the shower. We were not able to take a shower :(

Hèt hotel voor een lange tussenstop

Dit hotel is geschikt voor een lange tussenstop in Houston. De gratis shuttle rijdt elk half uur van en naar het vliegveld. De kamer is ruim met een groot, comfortabel bed en een badkamer met alle faciliteiten. Het hotel heeft een eetcafé om een snack of simpele maaltijd te bestellen. Ook zijn er eetketens in de omgeving van het hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kwam in tijdnood, en dankzij de steun van het personeel heb ik mijn vlucht niet gemist.

This is one of my favorite hotel brands but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room

There was hair in the beds under the fitted sheets. Hair was in bath towels. Unacceptable.

Convenient location, satisfactory rooms but very poor food service

The room was fine.

No restaurant, just the Bistro, which wasn't a bistro! Poorly trained staff, limited menu and not everything on the menu was available. The frier was broken, so no french fries. Although we had a king-size room, breakfast was only for one! Very disappointing.

Overcharged for a lesser hotel. I requested a refund for the price difference - Mgr. no response

I booked a room with the Marriott Courtyard having just come from one on the opposite side of town. I noted during the booking that I would be arriving late. I called shortly before my arrival to say we were on our way. Everything was fine. However, upon arrival i was told that the water was not quite hot in my room and that they would check me in to their adjoining sister property for the same price. Oddly enough, from Springhill I could see late arrivers checking in to Marriot and not being dragged to Springhill. Springhill room - couch was disgustingly dirty.

Location and room very good. Reception staff helpful.

Contacted hotel twice to ask for shuttle service pick up point with no reply, took 1 hour on arrival to find pickup. Booked breakfast was a horrific experience, staff poor, 20 minutes wait for service, which gave no time to eat before the shuttle bus. Then had to pay additional $38 for experience. Would recommend guests try another hotel if they want breakfast as advertised.
