I notified booking. Com and you just answered to notified the Inn management but as I wrote their answering machine mess

It was closed to the beach.

They never even empty the garbage can during our stay. our stay started 9/15, they charged my account on 9/12, 3 days prior to our stay. We checked out early 9/18, I was still charged for the full stay, I notified you, as well as them and gave in my access card(door card). When I would call their two tel # their message box was always full.

Exceptional

I loved how personable the staff was. The room was delightful, it had everything you would need and it was very clean. And I am a germaphobe. (I brought cleaning products) The only thing I didn't like was that we had such a short stay.

Passable

The room itself is very nice looking and the beds were very comfortable. Overall it seemed pretty clean, minus some cob webs.

The owner didn't seem to understand what I was trying to tell her. Our room had ants, a lot of them and that was upsetting as well as the TV didn't work.

Terrible experience and not worth the price.

The shower

Everything inside had mold on it, lamp shade, smoke detector, fridge, bathroom. Only had a flat sheet on the bed, no fitted sheet, no other bedding. I did not feel safe walking to the hotel at night.

I would totally recommend this place and would stay here again

Everything was so nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with anything that we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was the literal best shower i’ve ever been in. The pool was great.

Review on Sunrise Inn, Wildwood, N.J.

The shower was amazing.

I wasn't told before I arrived that I had to give a $200.00 security dep.. The lid on the toilet seat was broken. The air conditioner wasn't working properly until our last night we had it set at 62 but it was more like 80. We put our dirty towels/washcloths out but had to go to the office to get clean ones. Ran out of toilet paper & again go to the office. The room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. 6/15/23-6/19/23. When you go into the office nobody was in. No bell rings or none to ring. Finally knocked on the door to the residence. No phone in room. Owner very hard to understand. When we got there the microwave wasn't plugged in, tried to plug in but socket was loose. Had to sit it on floor to use a better socket. Paint was peeling off the closet rod. It certainly didn't look like the brochure/online.

It was terrible.

Nothing really, wish I spent money on any other place.

Management sent me to a whole different hotel, so technically didn’t even stay at this hotel. Management was making up policies as the check in went along. Rooms were extremely dirty and bed sheets had plenty of stains.

I booked at stay at the sunrise inn. The day before my stay I got a call stating that my room has been “upgraded”. The upgraded was to a run down property down the street called The Beachfront Resort! They even switched my reservations from 2 queen beds to 2 full beds. and tried to argue me down that a full is bigger than a queen. Beds small an uncomfortable. Bathtub DIRTY! Floor DIRTY. FRUIT FLY INFESTATION. Staff RUDE! They even have security cameras underneath the tv in the bedroom. That is such an invasion of property!! Why do they think it’s ok to have cameras facing the beds!!

Great stay

Manager on duty was accommodating with our late check in. My husband and I both got stuck at work pushing our departure time back about 2.5 hours. We were charged a $20 fee. Room was clean and the best shower I’ve ever showered in. Room has a good size fridge and microwave. A bonus for us with a picky eater! Great location with a good clean pool. We would definitely stay there on our next visit!

I would have liked better pillows. Luckily I had 2 pillows we used to travel with us. Other wise we would have had stiff necks.

I Really Enjoyed The Beach While I Stayed Out There Also The overall Set Of The Bathroom Mainly The Shower. I Also Liked The Pool.

I Didn’t Like How The Cover Was Only A Sheet And It Got Really Cold. Also, The Sheets Had Stains. The water was too hot for more than 10 mins. And The Tv did Not work/ turn on. I Also Had Nasty Bug On The Wall.

Great room with great space and the jets in the shower bath to die for. It needs better parking.

It was a very comfortable room with great space. The attendant was very pleasant and accommodating to hour needs.

The parking space was very limited and if you went out and came back at night there no spaces available.

I’m glad i came across this hotel! i will definitely be back for another stay ! everything and everyone was amazing

i loved everything about the property !!!! it was very clean ! the room smelled nice and clean when we walk into the room. everyone was very nice and pleasant and so respectful. my room was beautiful everything fresh. the pool was absolutely beautiful best pool I’ve seen at a hotel honestly. very clean .

Excellent stay and would recommend to anyone.

Room was very clean. The AC worked very well. Excellent bathroom and upgraded and clean room.

The cost was a bit high, but we booked late and it was Beach Blast Soccer weekend.
