Dirty Dusty Hotel

My room was not clean. I had dog hair over the couch. My bed was so full with dust that I could not sleep. I was coughing all night. My bathroom shelves were full of dust. I complained to the front desk. The hotel manager sent housekeeping. However, they changed the sheets, but the dust was still there. The front desk manager didn't check behind his housekeepers. Now, I'm at home sick from the dust. This is truly sad because I am a Marriott rewards member and have been for years. I'm sending an email to the Marriott Corporate Office. This is unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not there long enough to comment. Have stayed there in the past and liked due to the location and the studio set up.

breakfast was bad. If you are going to do a hot breakfast, do fresh versus bad frozen food.

Nothing to complain about, our room did have a broken lamp shade but we weren’t bothered by it.

The breakfast was good. Nice cheddar/jalapeño muffins. Easy access to CVS and a few restaurants.

The toilet was in need of a new handle such that the tank wouldn’t fill unless you fiddled with it.

Our stay was exceptional except for the wind noise. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. The hotel was very clean and nice inside.

We were on a corner and it sounded like a tornado coming the entire night. I’m not certain if it’s how the wind hits that corner but it made it hard to sleep it was so loud. It was odd because it was not terribly windy.

The Staff was very polite and amicable. The room was clean and comfortable.

The soap holders on the side wall. They were very annoying because they are completely in the way when showering.
