Enter this ground-floor condo and feel the sea breeze through the living room patio doors or turn on the air conditioner. Chat with family and friends from the adjoining kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, blender, toaster, and microwave oven. The washer and dryer in the kitchen are a bonus for travelers.
The master suite offers a queen bed and private bathroom. The breezy second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned with window/wall AC units.
The condo is just a few yards from the beach.
Just 35 minutes east of the San Juan airport, Luquillo is about 15 minutes from El Yunque National Rain Forest, about 20 minutes from the ferry dock in Fajardo where you can island hop to Culebra or Vieques. While in Fajardo, take a snorkeling tour on one of several excursions the crew prepares lunch while guests snorkel and go shelling.
Several eateries are within walking distance including the Brass Cactus, the Flamboyan, Board Riders, Whistle Stop Café and La Fonda gourmet. The ever-popular kioskos are a quick 3-minute drive.

Well equipped apartment beachfront and overlooking the pool. Nice decor, comfortable accommodations and very gracious host. The building is safe but exterior can definitely use remodeling. The town of Liquillo has seen better days. Property is accessible to lots of tourist spots nearby.

Omar was a great host. He met us in person, showed us all around the apartment, and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. He was a great communicator. The property was right on the beach and had lots of bars, restaurants and stores close by. I definitely recommend!

Great location across the street from a stunningly beautiful beach, and a quick drive to the kiosks and Luquillo beach area. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable with plenty of beach toys, towels, dishes, etc. Omar is truly the best vacation rental host I have ever encountered. He provided us with helpful information about the area before we arrived, greeted us upon arrival, and is super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Omar’s condo is fantastic. It’s right on the beach so you can hear the waves and feel the constant breeze. He has every amenity needed… washer, dryer, hairdryer, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay, close to Luquillo beach, the kioskos and El Yunque. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and my brother and law and his wife. The host, Omar is very friendly, gave great recommendations and always was quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property and would consider staying there again.

The location was right on the beach, walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. Perfect weather to enjoy the entire week. The property manager Omar made our stay wonderful.

The room was nice and view was great. Omar was responsive and friendly. There was outside construction going on the other units the whole time and repair to the pool was being done for 3 days so It was noisy during the day. But we spent most of our time on the beaches and exploring the rainforest and biobay.

We had a great time at the condo. The new kitchen remodel made our experience in Puerto Rico even more welcoming. We love the location and being so close to the beach, kiosk, and downtown Luquillo.

Puerto Rican Family Vacation
This rental was great! Omar was super communicating with us and provided easy check in and check out. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs . We had a great week and used this space for family game nights since we rented 2 other units in the building. The fact that it had AC in the whole apartment was wonderful!

This is a great place stay, if you are looking for a great beach. Condo was clean and nice. Omar was great at telling us everything todo around the area. We will be returning next year.

This was the perfect place for us! Gena communicated with us early on and was very helpful and kind as we worked through through the COVID logistics.
We arrived in the evening. Omar, manager, met us and was a great resource throughout our stay. The condo was freshly painted and provided all the necessities including new bedding and linens.
The next morning we had coffee on the patio and enjoyed the first of many beautiful sunrises complete with ocean view and sound of waves.
The pool is just steps out the door and a very short walkway takes you to the gate to the ocean just across a little street. Super convenient to take provided beach chairs, towel and cooler to the beach. The condo is on the first floor and only 3 steps to enter from close by parking in gated area. I appreciated this with my mobility challenges.
There are restaurants, grocery, pharmacy within walking distance but best of all beaches, Playa Azul and beautiful calm Luquillo beach. We did rent a car as we were there several weeks. The rainforest is a great place to visit as well as Fajardo area, Lighthouse and Bio Bay.
The exterior of the condo complex is undergoing maintenance. The Luquillo area as well as other areas of Puerto Rico are working to recover from Hurricane Maria. COVID and supply issues have had some impact on the recovery.
We felt very safe at the condo and surrounding area. We met many wonderful, kind local people as well as travelers. The beach in front is public and we enjoyed seeing the local families on the weekends. There was an ice cream truck on the street almost every night. The bell was a welcome sound and we enjoyed the ice cream sundaes.
We had a great experience with Gena and Omar! We enjoyed the condo, the ocean view and sounds, the beaches, the food and the kind people of Luquillo.

This property meets all our expectations in space, location, price, security, cleanliness, and comfort.
It was one of the few properties that fulfil our needs to fits comfortable 2 families of 4. 2 adult couples and “the kids” 2 teenagers (14 & 15) and 2 young adults (19 & 21). There is a Master Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. All the beds/mattresses where SUPER comfortable everyone sleep great. The "kids" all fit perfectly fine in the room with the bunk beds. All rooms have super cold A/C it was like sleeping in a hotel room.
The new property manager, Omar was great, we had excellent communication from before we flew to PR. We got in late at night, and he was kind enough to wait for us to show us the property and surroundings. He also sends us a link with highly recommended restaurants and activities to do.
The parking space was super convenient, literally a few steps from the door.
We did not spend a lot of daytime in the apartment since we had our days full of fun activities in the nearby areas, but everyone agreed that when we come back to PR we will stay in the same place.

The property was dark and it felt like you were staying in the projects. The apartment felt unsafe, so much that the renter quoted how "you must not be from P.R" when we asked regarding the bars on the door. I wish I would have scrolled more through the reviews as there were similar concerns. We ended up leaving a few hours after we arrived and went to a hotel as we stepped out to get a bite to eat and when we returned the gate was open although we locked it. The house was dusty and the patio furniture inside the house was old. The furniture outside was rusty and the air conditioner from one of the bedrooms was barely working. It needed a fan to help. You have to work around their check-in and check-out times (needed to pay an additional 25.00 for late chech-out although I paid an extra night). It just felt dingy. We told her we didn't stay in the apartment and shared concerns and she did not even bother to refund us for our money or at least partial.

This is a lovely property and a great location to enjoy Puerto Rico. We enjoyed El Yunque, las Pailas, and took the ferry to Vieques all very close to the property. Very easy booking and friendly and fast service from Alana! Thank you for a great vacation spot!

Good time
The communication with the owner always was excellent, the apartment has everything you need specially is you are traveling with kids. If you’re going to the beach you don’t need to worry for chairs or a cooler because they have all this for your convenience. The pool doesn’t have restrictions to use it like other places but looks a little bit old. Play azul is really close like 3 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay but is far from San Juan.
