Good value for money

Clean. Nice pool. Comfortable. Good kitchen and well-equipped. Attentive input from property manager.

Not much. Impact of hurricane obvious in some touristy places, including beaches. Hard to complain when the impact on businesses and homes so apparent.

all in all it was Great warm but Great.

location and property were both great.

the tempeture of the air conditioner was asked to stay at 75 that is a bit high. 5 women over 50 with hot flashes it was too warm.

Beautiful, clean house-quiet neighborhood, your own private oasis!

The house was very clean, and the property very private With fence and several trees in the back yard. It felt like our own little oasis in a quiet neighbourhood. The property manager Dennis was very friendly and helpful, eager to answer our questions and help out in any way. We would not hesitate to return again. A perfect house for family with small children; lots of games, puzzles, toys, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with quality pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc.

We have no complaints and would highly recommend Villa Joella and hope to return

Beautiful home with relaxing pool/hot tub/screened room for use all day long with no BUGS!

House is a little dated compared to the pictures, maybe early 2000's, but is a very pretty single family home with a beautiful covered back patio/porch/pool/hot tub area that makes the whole house. The edges of the pool are really slick, so EXTREME caution with water splashing around the edges, you have to be careful when walking, or with children moving around the pool, but the heavy glass door keeps it off limits when not in use. Getting checked in was easy, WIFI works great with speeds that allow us streaming movies with no issues. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, nice garage to allow loading and unloading out of the sun. Neighborhoods are quiet, beautiful, close to town and food, but not in the main traveled highways.

It looks like it's handicap accessible from pictures, but when in person, the older house entryways/thresholds will stop anyone that uses a power chair without a ramp access into the house, and back out to the patio, the master bath is a little tight to maneuver but would be doable with a small portable wheelchair as the bathroom and open shower is very user friendly once through the doorway with smaller chair. I think it would be manageable with a suitcase ramp to enter/exit the house without some updating. Also, the home is about 30 min travel to the beaches, it is very close to the waterways, like the canals and rivers with brackish water, and it's a gorgeous area nonetheless, but we just didn't realize the distance to the beaches in the area before arriving. Just something to note if you are looking at Cape Coral Florida as a destination.

Had a hard time getting the pool heater to work. Only worked properly for one day. There should be a instruction page in the handbook.

Very nice house!!

The house was comfortable and clean. Everything what we needed was available and the kitchen was good equipped. The pool was nice and we especially liked the spa as it was possible to heat it up. It was possible to play music in the house as well as on the porch.
