Love supporting small businesses. Lovely staff, comfortable bed, good location. Reminds you of the motel you stayed in as a kid on road trips. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget and just need a place to crash for a couple nights.

AC unit was loud

Excellent Location, (a block from The Pantry restaurant), clean room, everything worked, good parking, quiet guests. Street noise negligible as units sit well back from the street. I would stay there again.
The pillows were kind of flat, just a minor issue.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, good location and has the nicest owner !
2.5 / 5.0
The staff (owner?) was very accommodating. It is an older property but nicely maintained --many added touches like original art/not prints--& very clean. Very quiet room//no street noises
There was a window air conditioner - hard to reach and unable to read the controls - loud, continuous noise

The bed was terrible. The TV with Dish network was a pain.

nothing
Our room was hidden behind a false door and we had to navigate a dark little foyer before we got to our room. Scary at night. The room was furnished in what looked like garage sale mismatched furniture. There were fake plants, flowers, and trees in the room that were caked in dust - along with the dark wooden beams. They lobby is an overwhelming Buddhist shrine and the woman who helped us was rude because we arrived later than we anticipated due to road construction delays.

The table next to the nightstand is too big.

Clean and quiet. Old, but not run down. Price can't be beat.

No frills, good value. Just outside the downtown area.

I've stayed here a few times, in the fall and spring, and enjoyed this older, court style motel. It' s well cared for, and has good comfortable beds. The round beam and plank ceilings are an interesting change from modern motel 'box' rooms.
On this trip, we came down in January and were not comfortable here. The room was quite cold and we had to close the bathroom door and crank up the heater to maintain a comfortable temperature. The heater was very loud and cycled off and on constantly., waking us throughout the night. In the morning, the bathroom was so cold, neither of us wanted to use the shower so we just packed up and left.

Very nice outside architecture.
The hotel is close to a big road and it is incredibly loud at night. The AC/heater is very loud as well so we did not use it.
The room was very small as well. The bedsheet had stains and or holes in them, the carpet need to be upgraded or cleaned.
2.5 / 5.0
It was a good location, not too far from the plaza. Cute decor outside, easy to check in and parking was good.
The bedding was very old and the room had an old smell to it. The room was clean. The heater/ac is very loud.
2.0 / 5.0
the look of the hotel and location are perfect.
The smell. the room is advertised as a smoke free room but reeks of cigarette smoke. Toxic fumes come from the decades old air conditioning units that most likely have never been clean.
4.0 / 5.0
Charming real adobe vintage motor court in convenient location, especially if you have a car. Easy parking right in front of your room. I'm glad places like this still exist. So much more charming than a multistory motel or hotel.
