Despite the area being in a very rough neighborhood it felt safe inside.
There was a loud dance party that we weren’t aware of and could hear it from four floors down. They didn’t stock the room for three guests. we had to wait over an hour to get bedding for the pullout bed.

Room is spacious.
It is close to JHH where I would have an eye surgery.
I cheked in after 9:30 pm. A group of people were there singing in the lobby. The volumne was so lound that I cannot have conversation wtih the hotel staffs. This group sang very well, but in a hotel lobby during late night? Kind of odd.

Surprisingly nice stay - comfortable room
Charged me $20+ more than my booking price and took weeks to have the difference refunded. This was a booking.com process - and booking refunded it, not the hotel. But I Had to show bank statements “proving” the charge even though my receipt showed the up-charge. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the hotel charged the right price from the beginning

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The valet parking was expensive.

We were there for a procedure at Johns Hopkins and the hotel was very convenient to the hospital. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to be at the hospital very early so we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel.

Received a complementary upgrade to a suite. Very nice accommodations and alarm clock and wake-up call both worked well.
Restaurant was fine but disappointed that all entrees were seafood. Thu, I had a burger which was very good. Breakfast was so so. Nothing like waffles or any pastries. I did not use the valet parking as it cost $32 a night. Instead parked at a garage across the street for $12.

Location was convenient to the hospital, and although not the best location for walkability, Lyft worked well and was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good each day.

Rooms were wonderful and every single detail was thought of! The same way one can figure out how good is a restaurant based on the bread they serve, I think you can tell about a hotel based on the towels they offer their customers… and towels were great here!
Bed could have been a tad more comfortable… think heavenly mattresses

Very friendly staff, everything immaculate and convenient for Granddaughter to get to Hopkins for clinicals for respiratory therapist . Very accommodating for storing travel bags while waiting for her to finish shift at 3 due to check out at 12 pm & allow me to stay in lounge area. Food ordered at bar was excellent and bartender very personable . Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and very helpful .
No ice maker for fridge.

Nice size room very comfortable.
We’re told that we would revive breakfast with out stay. 1 1/2 hour after the start of breakfast still no food. Lobby was full of hungry guest. Front desk could just say they were running late. No clue when it would arrive, no credit, not a coffee or juice, from there mini store. Staff handled this issue with blank faces and no real answers. They could have crossed the street and picked up something…. Unexceptionable.

I love the location. I love the big beautiful lobby area with a bar. I like that after a certain time you need a key card to enter the hotel. I like that you need a key card to work the elevator. The room was beautiful. Clean. Spacious. I booked a king suite on a high floor. Beautiful scenery, you can see the whole Baltimore. I can’t wait to book again.
I didn’t like the $250 security hold on my bank card.

Located at Johns Hopkins Campus
No cabs available, no quality restaurants within safe walking distance.

The staff
The pull out couch and a lot of the plugs didn’t work

The room was amazing, better than expected.
Valet is the absolute WORSE. No managers were at the location when needed to speak with someone. Never truly had my issues resolved. DO NOT USE VALET

I liked the fact that I had a bed to sleep in in a shower to use while my son was in the hospital recovering from brain surgery after a traumatic accident.
I spent well over $300 on a room for my daughter my husband and myself. My son had a traumatic accident that resulted in him being airlifted from Salisbury to John Hopkins. We left spur of the moment with nothing. After a day in the hospital we all needed a small break and a shower. Desperate for sleep we rented the closest room available. Your facility was extremely loud, it was extremely hard to get any rest. For the amount of money I spent I expected quiet time. The parking was subpar. The faculty was okay. With the amount of money I spend I just wanted some sleep and was unable to get that. I even called to complain but it didn't change anything.

The cost of valet services to high. But the staff were very friendly!

I am very disappointed in your valet parking.
Whoever park my car Saturday night at 11 o’clock and when I receive my car at 10 o’clock the next morning stole my glasses out the car.
Your front Desk informed me that the valet parking is a third-party company that works through you.
I’ve been calling a numerous amount of times I have been getting ignored. your assistant manager emailed me and informed me how sorry that this happened to me. now there are no signs indicating in your hotel, or outside your hotel that you have a third-party company, parking the cars, and that you are not responsible. now the glasses that I’m talking about are Tom Ford shades, which at a cost of $500.

The buffet breakfast was great!!! The location was awesome because it was located next to John Hopkins Medical Campus, including a beautiful park, which was convenient to walk our dog!
