Good value for family of 4.

Recently remodeled, rooms were clean, breakfast was great (mostly), pool and hot tub were great, although they seemed not full? Landscaping was nice, plenty of parking, etc. Warm cookies and soft serve were awesome.

Tvs didn't have service, phone didn't work, bed frame wasn't put together correctly and fell apart. Had to fix ourselves. Milk on the breakfast bar was sour both days, even after telling the desk.

Quaint, quiet, clean, family and pet friendly

The room was great, facilities were clean and everything seemed to be in order.

The only complaint I have is the shower/tub with the seat in it (deluxe spa bath) would not hold water and I am recovering from post surgical ankle repair so I am unable to stand in a shower. My husband helped to clean up the water.

The location is close to the folks I'm there to visit and the room has a full kitchen and laundry.

The setting, the ice cream, the breakfast, and location.

The thermostat didn't work. Someone had to fix it.

It was very nice. It was like a mini house. They had free slushes and ice cream and other beverages free in the lobby all day and night.

Well maintained suite/ long term stay hotel. Pet friendly and great staff.

Property was well maintained. Suite rooms were clean and well stocked. Allowed pets. Fireplace in suite and would available at front desk. Great dining/gathering room. Will definitely stay again!

When we were packing we opened a drawer we had not used in the bedroom and drug paraphernalia fell out. We informed management and the desk manager showed proper concern and follow thru.

Amazing and beautiful place to stay in Lincoln no matter the season.

I liked the breakfast and I love the inclusion of the kitchen as well! The beds are fantastically comfy and Tony who worked the front desk over night was amazing!

While I really appreciate the kitchen it would have been nice to have one more wash cloth and a roll of paper towels to keep the cooking process clean and easy.

The lights right outside the entry door were super bright and the window coverings did not keep the light out. No mattress pad under the sheet. No tissues.

Love this place! It was perfect!

The breakfast was amazing! Good hot choices including scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy! :) They even had an assortment of pastries and/or doughnuts. Several types of juices and different flavors of cappuccino! Yogurt and fresh fruit also. The room was perfect for our needs, a family of four. It's so nice to have a sitting area with sofa and TV, and also a full kitchen for making some of our meals right there, if desired. Overall, great value. Would love to stay here again! Good staff! Thank you for your hospitality!

I've stayed in a number of hotels in Lincoln, and Annabell Gardens is now my favorite.

I liked the apartment feel of the space. My husband and I could cook, do laundry, be in separate rooms when doing different things. It was terrific to have a washer and dryer in the space.

There could be Great Plains art/photographs on the walls. Upholstery on the couch was torn in one corner. Both sides of the bed need a table with lighting and charging ports. More/better lighting in living spaces.

A zen hotel experience in the middle of the city.

The breakfast was delicious. The added perks of ice cream and slushiest ar all hours was really fun. We had a washer and dryer in our room!

The kitchen had an oven but no baking sheet in the room or at the front desk.

Great place to stay and relax!!!

So, so clean and comfy. Slept great! The grounds and office/breakfast area were well laid out and decorated. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The beverage area being available 24/7 ....bravo.

The pool gate wasn't open in the morning and I really wanted to sit and admire the mermaid mosaic before checkout. I didn't ask about it since we were leaving.
