Good location.
We had to actually make the bed since the staff put the top sheet under a pillow instead of on the bed. The desk chair in the room was gross, needed to be replaced. I called to get a new iron since it looked like someone melted something all over it. Furnishings in lobby were dirty, as well. Breakfast was either cold or gross.

We booked this hotel to be close to an early morning dentist appointment. It being the only hotel in the area we paid almost $200 and that was extremely steep for the quality of the place. The room was OK, the bathroom was nice, but the Internet won’t connect. If you’re trying to use a computer, versus a cell phone, apparently according to the front desk person. She instructed me to call outside support and gave me a phone number. How sketch is this? And then a man asked me for my IP address so that he could “manually add my machine to the network” The hotel acted like this was something everyone who uses a laptop at this hotel had to do (which is absurd. I’ve stayed in hundreds upon hundreds of hotels by this point and that was a first.
Also, for such a hefty price tag ($197 with tax on a Thursday ?!) for a random hotel in a one horse town, you think they’d chip in for some actual cable. You can’t access the guide via any button on the remote. It’s Sprectrum or discount Bob’s or something so it’s really lacking. They don’t even have forensic files on repeat with this cable. Is nothing sacred anymore? I thought all hotels had forensic files on repeat. How else do people sleep? 😉

We stayed in a "Wheelchair Accessible" room because my wife is disabled and uses an electric wheelchair.
First, the commode area of our bathroom did not have any grabb bars, which is an ADA requirement. Also, the staff promised to provide a shower chair but never did.
At around 8:00 AM, the power in the hotel went out for over 2 hours, and there was no emergency back-up generator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Leaving us stranded. My wife simply can't walk up or down 2 flights of stairs. While the hotel opperators/owners can not control the power grid, their should be a plan in place for their disabled guests for when such failures occur. I asked the desk clerk how I was supposed to get my wife and our belongings down the stairs with the elevators non-functional. He just shrugged his shoulders.
Wheelchair acessable rooms should be on the 1st floor if there is no backup generator.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Alexis. She was extremely helpful and very professional. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Usually complimentary breakfasts are prepackaged muffins, but this one was far better. This is my 3rd stay here and I’m looking forward to my next.
