The Customer Service, the lady working the night shift was pretty bad. I asked her for some packages of coffee for my room and she said, it wasn’t her job to replace the coffee that I drank, and went to the back. I’ll never stay there again.

It was quiet and our suite had easy access to an outside entrance. This was convenient for us as we had our dog with us.

Did not eat breakfast. It was in a different building and I would have had to walk outside or through the attached Grand Buffet restaurant. The least appealing aspect of the motel was the odd layout for access to the lobby area.

Heater in bedroom was super noisy

2 separate bedrooms. Quiet.

Dirty carpets. 2 towels for 4 guests. 1 fork for 4 guests. And on and on. You get the idea. When asking for additional items, we were denied.
