Safespot for a day or two,with well equipped rooms

I liked that it was very close to the beach, 2min walk. The pool area and the vibe was very cozy. Our room had almost everything we needed, well equipped.

There were a couple of things that I would like to point out, as room for improvement: -having zero openable windows l, not even in the toilet was very off putting. Probably it's for a reason, but still. -wifi was in and out, and the TV is unusable without it. -we were in room 15, the neighbor room, to our left,so closer to the exit, was having two guys for one night. They constantly were shouting, banging on the tables, Kate night. We thought they were fighting or something. We could clearly hear them since we shared a kitchen door...that was thankfully locked. -our sofa had a defective pillow. The middle one. If you sit on it, you sink in, probably should be checked -not sure what the opening hours are for the staff,but there was a lady fleeing from Milton, she arrived after 4pm and she barely could contact anyone from the staff figuring out which room is hers and how to get in. She called the 1-800 number,nothing, so she was texting the property. She had to wait 2 hrs, I was helping here while some help arrived. At all times,but especially during tropical storm alert I guess there should be someone around in case there's a bigger issue popping up (there could have been a power outage or anything BC we had stormy wind and we would have been clueless what to do without someone around)

The best place I stayed on my 3 month trip. Caring staff

The place appeared well looked after. The staff helped me with check in. The room was clean. The towels were folded nice. The toilet roll had its end shaped like a flower. The pool area was awesome.

la cercania a la playa

puertas viejas parecian inseguras, ventanas viejas no se podian abrir, , aire acondicionado viejo hacia ruido, el anafe para cocinar estaba en un cajon y era viejisimo no lo usamos , ventilador hacia ruido. la primer noche habia gente del piso de abajo tomando alcohol, gritando y discutiendo hasta despues de las 00 hs

kameralne podwórko z basenem, nieduże, ale wystarczające. brak problemu z parkowaniem. bliskość plaży.

daleko do sklepu, do jakiejś restauracji. brak zlewu i bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni (żadnej miski, deski do krojenia itp).

Excellent little hotel by the beach (one block away)!

Excellent little hotel one block from a very chilling beach. Great neighboorhood, with supermarket, pubs and even the nice Pompano Beach pier at walkable distance. The room was clean, spacious, with a complete kitchen and the backyard area is really cool with chairs, swiming pool and cool lights. We really enjoyed our stay there and would deffinetely come back! Even though there's no reception, the staff is very attentive to emails.

There was a cocoroach smashed in the bathroom window and I couldn't reach it to clean. I replied one of the emails they sent to welcome us and ask how's everything, and they promptly reply and managed to clean it. After this episode we didn't see any other insect during one week staying there. So there was a little issue, but very well solved by the hotel. Points for them!

Just lovely

Awesome staff , very family style people stay here so it’s nice and cozy and every room had a water view with a nice size pool and it’s around a great neighborhood so you can take walks after dinner up and down the block . Literally 500 steps to beach . 15 mins walk to pompanos pier .

Everything was great . I would prefer to stay here only for my next trip

Overall opinion of the whole place was good.

Everything worked and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Access to Beach, Boardwalk, and other busineses was good.

Dinette seats are hard to sit on for very long, finally used one of the bed pillows. A padded chair with arms would be good to watch TV.

Disappointed with lack of communication and Room

Not enough information was provided when checking in on how to use the key pad. Realized the door doesn't lock automatically and just happened to figure out how to lock it from the outside. No tissues in room Pool was not heated day of arrival TV in room 32 was crappy with white line going down the screen. No local channels to access. Roku remote was horrible to use. Not sure if battery issue. Hot water took 20 min to heat up to shower. Shampoo and conditioner provided was so bad. Had to was dishes in the bathroom sink.

2nd time was a disaster

Everything, smallest room on site, very cramped, power outage, smoke detector going off 4am. Extremely dissatisfied with room. Even the bathroom was cramped space. Stayed once before and was great, this time as horrible, never again.

Don't go.

I liked the location, 2 blocks from the beach.

The installations are neglected, guests sold drugs for 2 weeks!!!until they were threw out but just for being rude, there were no sink to wash the dishes in my unit although I asked about it before arrival, I wanted to leave the place because I felt unsafe and I told them the reasons, but neither the manager nor booking did something about it.

Je ne recommande pas!

Endroit fonctionnel avec un bon couchage.

La procédure d’arrivée pose problème. Le code envoyé pour ouvrir la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et aucun employé présent sur place pour nous aider. Après un voyage long et sans téléphone opérationnel le jour même,cela a été très compliqué. Heureusement,un autre client de l’hôtel a pu contacter le centre d’appel de l’hôtel et nous avons reçu un nouveau code d’entrée. De plus, une mauvaise odeur était présente dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, il n’y avait aucune ventilation.

Horrible stay

The outdoor area was nice.

Shower would not turn on. Sent to a different unit at 1am for shower. Maintenance left room door unlocked. No washcloths. Missing medication from room. Company will not get back in touch with me.

Lovely place

I liked the whole setup outside our room. The pool, the lights, and the swinging chairs. Staff was easy to reach. Fixed my shower knob right then. Love how close it is to the beach. Why I booked here

Didn't like the fact we had to do the dishes and take out trash. I feel cleaning crew should do that

The location was great. Very clean to start.

The loud music on a daily basis was a turn off. The garbage left behind from guests at the pool. And unfortunately, the drugs that were left by the pool area from guests was upsetting. We didn't use the pool at all during our stay because of that reason. The lack of on-site staff during the evenings made it a free for all.
