Front Desk Attendant was wonderful. We came in at almost 11pm and she was happy to check us in and give directions on where to park. We really appreciated the late night hospitality. Room was excellent and very reasonably priced. Beds were super comfy. Room included a microwave and mini fridge.

all the breakfast was gone by the time we went to it. they should have made more. it’s called a bed and breakfast not a bed and maybe a breakfast if ur the first one to wake up

The room is spacious.
They don't have something you could buy instantly at the hotel.

The rooms are huge. Pet friendly. Clean. Staff were super helpful.
No elevator. Breakfast was scant.

Big and clean room, breakfast really good
There was a barking dogs around, room little bit cold with no control to adjust temperature

Big room size, nice decorations in the room and hallway. Very good location near Zion National park and other national parks. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, on the other hand the price was very good comparing to other properties so good value overall including free breakfast.

Oh my goodness, where to begin... The bed is pure heaven, the room is pretty big, the closet is the best.
Not as close to Zion National Park as we would have liked but still worth the drive.

Huge room, quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast. Good value for money.
It looks like a prison from the outside and it was difficult to find how to get into the parking. Receptionist wasn't there when we arrived, after ringing the bell and waiting, we had to call a management number to get someone to come check us in. Overall hotel vibe was a little unnerving but the actual room was really great.

It was cheap. Big room
Room was too cold. AC unit was very audible and when we asked the staff to turn it off they said yes and never did it. We went back twice to the front desk and no staff could be located. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Overall it was OK, but I cannot get over how cold it was. I am always cold but even my warm blooded husband froze his buns off.

Interesting building with interesting history.
Sofa could be better (for sleeping).

We were here for the second time so we knew quite well what we were getting into and it was great again. It is an ideal place even for a long-term stay because the rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of room for your stuff. It has a secure parking area and breakfast is available and good.
The only downside is that when you want to go to a restaurant or a bar, you have to drive a few miles across the border, though it is definitely not the fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was fine. The cook was friendly and helpful.
The sheet on the pull out bed was dirty. The room was dusty.

Highly recommended this stay. The staff were so kind and attentive. This Hotel is in a rural area so if you're looking to get away from it all, this is the stay for you! It is an hour away from Zion and an hour away from the North side of the Grand Canyon. The surrounding views are so beautiful. The rooms are humble, do not expect "Hilton" settings, however, they are very clean and in tack. The hotel has a parking lot close to the building easy for loading/unloading of luggage and children. We took a small drive to a local pizzeria and the community appeared safe and clean. Locals were also very nice. My husband and I can't wait to bring our children for a family getaway.
No complaints!

This hotel is cute family hotel with some quirks. Room was big with big bath in really small town one hour drive from Zion national park.
We arrived early since the zion canyon was so packed we could not get in, there was no one at the reception. we got jacuzzi room, but jacuzzi did not work (it was not in the description, but the name of the room was confusing). Some girls tried to use jacuzzi because they thought it is public jacuzzi. AC was set up too cold but the controller was locked up so we have to get to the reception to ask them to change the temperature which is weird. You should be able to set your favorite temperate :-)
