YOU WILL NOT BE DISSIPOINTED

The host was soooo nice and greeted me at the door with a smile when we walked up.Ive stayed at plenty of homes while traveling but never have I ever had an actual home away from home!!This house has everything you need.Wish I would've packed less actually.Im pretty picky with stuff but she has great taste and spared no expense on top of the line kitchen equipment and personal hygiene products!I Would stay here every time im in town for now on.The view was gorgeous especially at night.Wish I could give more stars!!!!!!

The only downfall was the hot water.Boy oh boy that was like the only bad thing.The hot water was very hard to come by in the showers.its a way you do it but we couldn't get it down pat.She did say call if we had any problems with a nice note we got through he weekend so it wasn't really a big deal.All the other great amenities they have superseded all that.

Tolle Aussicht mit guter Ausstattung.

Die tolle Aussicht, der eigener Parkplatz und die Wohnlichkeit.

Das schlechte Internet, die Kabel in der Aussicht (schrecklich), die Hellhörigkeit. Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung war extrem warm.

Wonderful, wonderful apartment, but please get the hot water sorted!

I loved this apartment! The area is really cool (well, to a Brit, I thought it was!), high above SF with amazing views over the city. I went for a quick, very steep, walk when we first arrived, and felt like I had been transported to a 70s TV series! The facilities in the kitchen are great, the beds are very comfortable and I loved the kooky feel of the apartment. Some previous reviews suggested it needed updating, but I don't agree - it's got so much character as it is. We got the bus into the city each day, which only costs 2.50 dollars if you get the direct bus (download the Muni App for all costs, bus stop locations, timings, etc). It does take about an hour each way, but so worth it to people/city watch. Alternatively, get Ubers. We made the mistake on our final morning of planning on street parking, but there were dire warnings about rental cars getting broken into, so we didn't bother.

The only, and I repeat only, thing that wasn't perfect was the water in the showers. However hard we tried to follow the instructions, it was lukewarm. Not ideal after a day in windy SF. If this could be rectified then it would get 10/10 easily.

It was an amazing mini vacation before my family starts back to school

The unit was very spacious and plenty of room. Enjoyed the patio, however I felt that if we spoke too loudly our host could hear everything that was being discussed.

Great location for San Francisco

The condo, has 3 well proportioned bedrooms. Decent kitchen and bathrooms as well as a parking space. It was well placed to get an Uber to the local BART station so very easy to get in and out of the San Francisco.

Nothing comes to mind. We were unlucky that the heating system had broken, however Adriana had provided heaters which mitigated the issue. I’m sure by the time someone else books the property it will be resolved.

Great property in good location with excellent views.

Location was excellent. Very central to many places and main freeway. Very close to airport. We rented a car which worked well for our family. It may not be as convenient if you required public transport. It is quite high up which gave exceptional views of the city. These were particularly enjoyed from the beautiful balcony area. Staying at the property was easy and relaxing and communication with the hosts during booking process and prior to arrival was great. The house was very clean and well equipped and worked well for our family of 5. I would highly recommend this property.

The main living area and kitchen are a little dated but this did not effect our stay in anyway.

Good

The Location was fine, especially after you became acclimated to the neighborhood. If you are not use to city life it can be a bit taxing once you leave the immediate area. If for not the issues noted below the property would have earned a much higher rating.

Steep stairs to entrance. There were not 2 parking stalls as advertised, but only one, the other was used by the host. So the other car (our daughter and son-in-laws) had to be parked behind our vehicle in the street. Upon arrival while touring the grounds we discovered the owners lived below and we shared a patio. This was not previously noted. Also the heat seemed to be regulated by a master switch. We were only allowed a certain measure of heat. When turned up it was mysteriously tuned down.

Excellent location, great space for family.

Great location - very quiet neighbourhood, within 20-30 minute drive of all the key sights in SFO. We spent 3 days driving around SFO and up to Muir Woods, and location was very convenient for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (as expected) - plenty of space for 5 adults/teens. 5-10 drive minutes to Mission District for great food options. Beautiful view from large dining room window of outer San Francisco (on a clear day you can see Twin Peaks, the central business district in the distance). Well functioning kitchen, washer/dryer.

Wifi is weak, particularly in the bedrooms (invest in a mesh wifi system). The gas cooktop is a fire hazard - 2 of the dials have no markings making it very difficult to tell if the gas has been turned off - at least add markers on the dials for 'on/off'. Hot water is slow/low to come in the showers. The deck is nice, but not directly attached to the unit (walk out the unit, down the stairs to get to the deck), otherwise we would have used the deck more.

Great value when visiting San Francisco and don't want to overpay downtown.

Spacious, well maintained apartment, very clean, massive TV's in all rooms and marvelous view of the city. The host lives downstairs, but is very private (yet very responsive in case you have questions). We loved this place. You can tell the owner takes pride in maintaining a standard.

The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, but the kitchen cupboards are a little full with pots and pans. Some of the lights did not work, but that is minor.

Was clean and quiet.

It was spacious. It was clean, one of the beds was super comfortable The view would have been nice except the fog and overcast from the wild fires I was there with my family.

Access to the patio was downstairs and through a gate. Television in one room only had Fox News other room very very old electronics Garbage can was super small had nowhere to put trash no comfortable longe area for us to sit together and watch movies I kind of feel it was overpriced
